I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

We had our front and back garden done - couldn't have asked for anyone better. Jason, Rich and Dion are reliable, hardworking and honest. Left the place clean and tiny with no complaints at all. Have now signed up for their maintenance package- looking forward to enjoying their work for years to come. Well done guys :)

Both Jason, Richard and their team are absolutely amazing they were very quick to help us our new garden which was giving us many problems and because of my ill health it was getting out of hand, including the new lawn we had laid which we were instructed to leave for six weeks before cutting it, at the end of that six weeks the grass was so long and along with part of the garden which resembled a total overgrown jungle and the borders had gone wild as well I contact Jason and he came to have a look and he gave us a very fair price to do everything for us and he and his team came very quickly with just a few days and carried out everything we agreed and now our garden looks amazing thanks to their hard work and now we have agreed for him and his team to come once every two weeks to carry out regular maintenance for us. We highly recommend Jason and his whole team to everyone, great guys great work to very high standards and great prices.

My experience with Taptonville Dentist has always been really positive. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for the dentist when in the waiting room. I had an appointment at Taptonville today for myself and my daughter. It was a new dentist so I was a bit concerned but our dentist was great, such a relief! Our dentist, Greg, is absolutely brilliant. We book a family appointment and have recently taken our 2 year old for his third visit. He's so patient and kind with him, helping our son to form a healthy association with the dentist. So happy we got a place at this practice.

James is fantastic with all my kids. One of my sons has Autism and he's normally very anxious and refuses to visit the dentist but since he's been going to James we've had absolutely no issue at all, he's more than happy to go. My boys see him every 3 months for checkups and it's always a easy and pleasant visit. The receptionists here too are so nice and friendly, always really helpful

James and Izzy were professional yet friendly and helped calm my nerves. Explained all procedures and issues so I had options. Reception team are also amazing very friendly and calming from start point and a follow up call after treatment. I would use them again and wish they did an NHS list as I would travel to them.

Both the receptionist and the dentist ( and nurse ) were excellent friendly and informative the dentist was calm and reassured me everything was going to be fine after I nearly had a breakdown. Following a referral from my own dentist back in 2021 for restorative treatment, this dental practice has changed my life. I cannot praise the whole team enough. In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. He made me feel relaxed and reassured me every step of the way during my treatment. I now have the best smile! Thank you so much. The nursing team are to be commended too as they are so friendly and show empathy throughout. Also walking through the doors you are welcomed by the most friendliest reception and admin team. They greet you with a smile and help you to feel comfortable, and they have the best waiting room!! To top it they have a brilliant radio to listen to, this adds to the fabulous decor!! Referred here by my usual private dentist, had my mind blown and eyes opened by the thoroughness and standard of care here. Came in thinking a root canal and two teeth out, thanks to the CT scanner they have and the skill of the endodontist working here. It transpires the work I actually need is much more conservative than first thought. Big shout-out to Simon and his assistant for their professionalism and friendly attitude which put me at ease straight away as I was riddled with anxiety. Would 100% recommend this place. Looking forward to completing my treatment and returning to full health. Practice is clean, tidy and a pleasant place to be, waiting area very relaxing and the dental suites kitted out with the latest gear. Consultation somewhat pricey but worth every penny, I expect my visit here has saved me a pretty penny and discomfort going forward. Cannot reiterate how impressive this place is, got me in at the last second before a holiday too.

Having been referred from my regular dentist regarding placement of implants, i was very nervous & essentially scared about the extensive work that needed to be carried out. I have always had a fear of dentist trips & worked myself up to the verge of panic attacks before every visit! Upon my fist visit to Stephen Godfrey Dental Care, i was greeted by the lovely reception team, who were amazing both on the phone & in person. I was referred to imlpantologist Mike Ainsworth in regards to implants & giving me the smile that i have wanted for years! Upon first meeting of Mike, he could see how nervous/scared i was & took this into account. He explained everything to me step by step & with so much patience! The equipment that they have is unbelievable & top of the range. There was a slight hiccup part way through my journey as i had managed to lose my current denture whilst on holiday, therefore knocking my confidence & didn't want to leave the house. I called the practice & they immediately moved my implant placement appointment forward & Mike moved some work around to get me an appointment the next day! I am honestly gob smacked by the level of service & care provided by everybody in this practice! My treatment isn't finished yet but i know that Mike is a perfectionist & i am in the best hands possible. The nursing team also deserve a huge shout out! I have had a couple of nurses over my visits (apologies i cannot remember their names), & they have both been absolutely incredible, friendly & so so reassuring. At one point she held my hand whilst the initial injections were done. Would also like to give a mention to the hygienist, Emma. She is very calm & patient & informative of the whole process. She has given me knowledge that i never had before & helped me with advice on how to better look after my teeth. The practice is very welcoming, clean & tidy. Very, very well equipped for any job required. A very relaxing waiting room that is kept very tidy & a comfy sofa/chairs to accommodate whilst you wait. I'm not even a quarter of the way through my journey but i no longer work myself up to a panic attack before my appointment & am so much more comfortable attending my appointments! I honestly cannot thank everybody enough!! If you want a friendly, non judgmental practice for your works to be carried out, i highly 100% recommend the whole team at Stephen Godfrey Dental Care!!

I came , with imtrepdation, for root canal treatment and saw Marian who clearly explained what she would do and answered all of my questions. I cannot ever remember any visit to a dentist being so pain free! The treatment was amazing , l didn't even feel the anesthetic needle, Marian is a true professional and l only wish she could be my regular dentist, l had no pain throughout the proceedure and no soreness afterwards. All dentist visits should be this way. I highly recommend Marian and all associated staff who made the visit such a good experience.

I visited Giles at Aspire Dental early September after years of not visiting a dentist. It’s safe to say they are not my favourite of places but it was time I started taking care of my teeth. Giles was very calm but more importantly was informative right from day one. He explained everything in detail, was firm but fair with me and didn’t make me feel humiliated in any way. My plan has been broken down into manageable chunks and every visit since (I’m now on my third, fourth coming up!) my experience has been great. I’m kicking myself for not visiting sooner and that is something that I thought I would never say. Would highly recommend the practice and Giles to anyone.

Hi,I visited Aspire Dental for the first time on 28th January. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome. I was introduced to Mark who my free consultation was with.We had a chat and went from the beginning of my long going treatment over 10 years and was so unhappy all this time.When I came out it was the first time I felt there was still hope for me.I am looking forward to starting my journey with Mark.Such a lovely man and had the time to listen to me and I was not rushed.I was there over a hour.Thankyou so much xxxxx
