Absolutely incredible vets practice. A small practice but with a lot of experience and expertise.
All of the staff have been so efficient and very friendly; the nurses and reception team are always so welcoming and happy to help.
The whole team have been brilliant with communication; we always get a same day appointment, a phone call follow-up as soon as results are in and also a hand-written letter confirming everything discussed.
Mrs Scott has been amazing. She has helped us through a very challenging time with our puppy who has not been well. Our puppy has been quite a complex case but was diagnosed very quickly. Mrs Scott has been very patient, understanding and explains everything perfectly.
I really can’t recommend this surgery enough. It was google reviews that lead me to choose this surgery after recently moving to the area so I hope this post will convince another pet owner to also choose Stalbridge and Marnhull vets!
We recently lost our beloved Lurcher Blitzen through Liver failure and although we had just moved to SMV in the short time that we had been going there for both our Lurchers, they have been amazing. Even HAND writing a condolence letter to us about Blitzen which has helped ease our pain so much.
