Having previously had some urgent repair work done by Dedicated Roofing to a standard I was extremely happy with, I called upon Rob and his team when I was ready for a full roof replacement. The Dedicated Roofing team are professional. A quote was agreed upon before works started. I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage, estimated completion times given and work was don't to accommodate my schedule. Rob's team are conscious of noise that might be caused. My neighbours have commented that they were very pleased at the lack of loud noises and the teams conduct throughout. The site was left in a tidy state each evening and the team were patient enough to allow me to inspect progress at each stage. Any concerns I had were addressed without undue delay. whenever I have needed to communicate with Rob responses have been timely. I am extremely pleased with the work done (replace three beams, rebatten and refelt, retile, install dry ridge system, install dry verge, install eaves protection trays) I've some other projects I'll be using Rob's services on in the near future. Rob and his crew came and fitted new ridge tiles for me. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Replaced a couple of dodgy tiles and cleared the guttering while there too. Great friendly service and will use again if I ever need any roofing service done in future. Highly recommended.

I contacted Rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. After inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, Rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. Terry did everything he said he would, he turned up to review the job and booked the job in exactly when he said he would. The team started yesterday on the flat-roof, at 7.30am and worked continuously, I've never seen anything like it, they finished this morning and it looks great. They cleaned up everything, in fact it looked better than it did when they started and they were all super polite and easy to work with. We'd contacted a lot of roofers before we got Best Roofing on board and dismissed most of them because they didn't list specifics in their quote and didn't give a 10 year guarantee, like Terry does. We can't afford to make mistakes so we were more than happy to engage a company that's Limited too, we know we have come-back and not just a mobile number. I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Our roof is over 50 years old and looking very tired. A few broken tiles, covered in moss, ridges and chimney need re-pointing too. Alex and the guys arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. Everything was done as requested and they were very tidy workers. Gutters were emptied too. All at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

If I could rate Alex and his team higher than I would, because it's so deserved. All started with a leak, or 2 or more...To be honest I think I was in denial just how bad the roof was. Last year Alex and his team fitted a new flat roof at the back of my house on the loft dormer and dry verges, which has been spot on, a year on. So when my tiled roof at the front of the house started leaking last week I knew exactly who I wanted for the job. The timeline of first having Alex round to have a look and completing a brand new roof was so fast I blinked and it was done 😂💙 Alex got the scaffolding sorted on the Friday, and got the whole team together to come on the Monday and finish the job in one day, a rainy day aswell. Not only that, it was all cleaned up well and the skip took away just one hour after they completed the job! Which is nothing short of a miracle to be honest. Can't thank Alex and his team enough for what they pulled together for me and my 4 children saving the house from potentially getting ruined and the upheaval that could have caused. Roof looks amazing now, as does my loft without all the holes and dirt (and definitely a few less spiders 🤣) I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone that needs roof work done. And if I happen to need anything else in the future I will only use these guys. Amazing!

Excellent work but just didn't tidy up after themselves. Had to get handyman in to clean out gutters and sweep clean bay window roof & conservatory roof.
