Ben and the team did a fantastic job on our extension roof. Ben came round and soon identified the problem and recommend what needed to be completed. He also spotted a potential problem with the guttering in one corner of the house. I must say Ben and the team worked hard, often through the driving rain to get the job completed. If you are after reliable, friendly and very competitive roofers, then I would recommend these guys.

I would highly recommend Ben and his team. They are busy but worth the wait if you’re looking for quality and reliability. They stripped and replaced a flat roof that was botched by a previous roofer. 12 months on and no problems at all.

After a couple of astronomical quotes Jeff was recommened by a couple of freiends ,the quote he gave was substantially lower and decided to proceed . I can't recommend these guys enough ! I was kept in contact from start to finish which made the whole process painless . The jobs now cpmplete and as roofs go it looks spot on !! Many thanks Jeff and the lads .

Jeff had done work for us in the past and came around swiftly after we had reported a leak the previous night on a flat roof. It wasn't a big job and all sorted within a few minutes but I was impressed all the same.

I sent an email enquiry in the morning along with a picture of the work I needed to my roof and within a few hours I received a reply from Terry. I was given a quote for the work and later in the day I received a call from Terry who attended to refix my loose roof tile. Terry is truly a genuine and honest guy and rest assured you are not about to be ripped off like the other roofing companies that you may have received a quote from. Just like when you take your car to a garage for a repair you want a honest and reliable price and not to be ripped off as you don’t know nothing about cars or engines. Terry arrived with two other guys who followed his instructions and the work was done within a short space of time. Our roof is over 50 years old and looking very tired. A few broken tiles, covered in moss, ridges and chimney need re-pointing too. Alex and the guys arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. Warren and the team have just done a fantastic job fitting coping stones to a parapet wall and eaves support trays with over fascia vents and a tile vent to the adjacent roof. I contacted Rob after reading reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. He inspected my roof and recommended insulating from the outside by removing external tiles as the first floor is in the eaves. The work was carried out the following week and upon completion, there was an immediate improvement in warmth. I’m sure this will have a positive effect on my heating bills. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Having previously had some urgent repair work done by Dedicated Roofing to a standard I was extremely happy with, I called upon Rob and his team when I was ready for a full roof replacement. The Dedicated Roofing team are professional. A quote was agreed upon before works started. I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage, estimated completion times given and work was don't to accommodate my schedule. Rob's team are conscious of noise that might be caused. My neighbours have commented that they were very pleased at the lack of loud noises and the teams conduct throughout. The site was left in a tidy state each evening and the team were patient enough to allow me to inspect progress at each stage. Any concerns I had were addressed without undue delay. whenever I have needed to communicate with Rob responses have been timely. I am extremely pleased with the work done (replace three beams, rebatten and refelt, retile, install dry ridge system, install dry verge, install eaves protection trays) I've some other projects I'll be using Rob's services on in the near future. I contacted Rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. After inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, Rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. Would highly recommend Rob and his team. Very friendly team and a job well done.
