Billy explained thoroughly what the procedure for removing and replacing our roof with images and gave us a run down of when equipment would arrive. Also about building inspectors and gave us a quote which we'll get our copy by email.

Mark is a consummate professional. He came to view the work, we needed doing, the same day we contacted him. He discussed what needed doing and showed us photos of the damage. His estimate arrived promptly and when asked to do the work gave us a precise starting date, which he kept to. Worked solely on our roof for two days. Has checked up on scaffold removal and on his work. Everything left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate in having Mark again to do building work for us. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

I had a full roof replacement along with new facials and guttering, which I was extremely happy with - very good quality with excellent workmanship. The team were clean & tidy, polite and very hardworking. They arranged scaffolding and skips which arrived promptly and taken away on-time allowing cars to be parked back on the driveway. After completion, I asked for a lower tier roof - which was done immediately and looked very nice to the main roof. I would highly recommend, no hassle, great service!

Mark was prompt and professional with his information and explained what needed to be done to complete the work. He called back as agreed with a quote and time scale. Having agreed to the cost I was at work on the day he did the job and when I came home the job was completed and any mess there might have been had gone. Mark is very professional and trustworthy I highly recommend him.

Top notch service. John is amazing! He is a man of integrity. He fixed my mother’s leaking chimney, which had been botched by two previous cowboys that had no idea what they were doing. He took pictures to show me the difference and has also checked in a few times since to make sure everything was fine and there was no more leak. 10/10 service I couldn’t recommend The Leaky Finders enough. Installed a security bollard for me, very professional and efficient, friendly service. Left the place looking just as it was before, block paving replaced nicely and security post very easy to use. Months later had to get them to help me out when the post got hit. They were with me within an hour and post fixed and working again very quickly.
