When I contacted Cotton Roofing, they came out and explained what the issue was, they promptly provided the necessary repairs. The service was friendly and efficient. We had the rear of our three story house completely repointed by Albion Roofing, including some tricky work on the columns supporting our balcony. The guys were all very polite and friendly, and all worked really hard. Sean and Will were always available to sort things out when needed, and Owen was great at keeping me updated. Got in touch and Will arranged for a visit very quickly. Gave the run down of what was needed, costs, everything so I knew exactly what would happen. Had the scaffolding up and skip delivered in a day, supplies the next, and two days of work and the job was done. Fantastic work by Will and his team, the roof is gorgeous now. Phil was very professional and honest. He gave us a competitive price and explained fully what would be done. Whenever we asked a question he would explain the answer to us and put our worries at ease. When his colleague didn’t come, he took on the job by himself and completed everything very well. I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Anthony has excellent attention to detail and really cares about the quality of the work he does. Shaun also provided excellent customer service. It was very refreshing to not to have to chase people all the time. He simply did what he said, when he said. Great job guys!!

Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. I recommend the company and in particular John.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Mark is a consummate professional. He came to view the work, we needed doing, the same day we contacted him. He discussed what needed doing and showed us photos of the damage. His estimate arrived promptly and when asked to do the work gave us a precise starting date, which he kept to. Worked solely on our roof for two days. Brickwork in front bay area of house needed replacement. They turned up on time, began work quickly and kept at it for the whole day. At the end of the day they cleared up, leaving things probably better than before they started. I already knew it was a 2 day job and, when they returned the next day it was the same as before; working consistently and doing a very good job. The site was left clean and tidy. The price was one I was happy to pay. The workers were very helpful and good natured. I have used them before and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Telephoned on Tuesday came out on Thursday to inspect my roof and quoted the same day I accepted and they carried out the repairs in full on Tuesday an Excellent job would definitely recommend
