Honestly couldn’t ask for a better roofer. Tom was really prompt, really reasonable and knowledgeable and most importantly has integrity. We’re definitely using Ridgepoint for all of our roofing work from now on and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family. Tom went the extra mile to send me photos and videos of what the roof was like and the work he did, which really wasn’t necessary but gives peace of mind.

Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!

Brilliant. There was an ongoing issue with our extension roof in that the last set of tiles were laid flat and subsequently rain did not flow over it, which meant that it could leak. Tom knew exactly what to do and rectified the problem which had been there since the extension had been built. It wasn't such a case of doing something straightforward, but more a case of using his knowledge and experience to come up with a solution which most would not have thought of. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Gareth and his team were professional in every aspect of the work the did for me when replacing my old roof. Gareth and this team did our roof recently. It was a 1907 built property, foam sprayed internally, hence quite an arduos task to undertake. It wasn’t too much trouble for him who did an excellent job giving us a beautiful roof. His team were energetic, always turned up in time, cleaned after themselves and completed a massive job well ahead of their schedule. Made such a big job seem easier. Would fully recommend.

From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. March 2025 - I required an awkward slate refitting after wind damage. Tom was quick to respond with a quote and two days later a team arrived and the job was done. Top marks for service from TWF and highly recommended.
