cannot recommend enough..work completed to a excellent standard, no mess left, great price and then charged less than quoted as job went easier than Ross initially thought..never known a workman to be so honest..

Had 2 large chimneys repointed, would recommend. Thorough and cared to match mortar well to existing colour so all looks like it belongs.

I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

We have used TWF roofing services before and we decided to go with them for our new roof. Tom was very professional, communicated well with us during the job and made sure all the work was completed to a high standard. It was a complex job and it was completed on time. We also had our porch roof replaced and it was not any trouble to add it to the job. The guys were very tidy and left no mess in the gardens. We are really happy with the work, the new roof looks fantastic and would recommend to anyone looking for roofing work doing.

March 2025 - I required an awkward slate refitting after wind damage. Tom was quick to respond with a quote and two days later a team arrived and the job was done. Top marks for service from TWF and highly recommended.

They gave me a proper quote from just pictures initially, when most other roofers weren't able to without seeing it in person, or were telling me I needed a new roof for 5x the price! The team worked hard and provided photos of all completed work. Will definitely use them again.

From the offset Aaron & Corey where great! Swift turnaround time once the quote was given. Other roofers were unable to deal with the awkward shape of our bay window, however no problem for these guys. Cant fault Aaron and his team. Difficult to get a day with the U.K. weather not behaving but we managed it and Aaron came with his team as promised to compete our flat roof done with fibreglass. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.

I contacted Gareth when my survey report showed that the existing roof was damaged. He assessed the necessary work and provided a quote based on the photos in the report, met me at the property to discuss it, then once I had moved in, completed the work promptly. After removing the old roof he found that further work was necessary due to damaged timber underneath, and didn't charge me any extra for that.

I was really impressed with this company , Jason and Chris explained the process of fitting a new roof in great detail. From start to finish they were very professional and polite. Brickwork in front bay area of house needed replacement. They turned up on time, began work quickly and kept at it for the whole day. At the end of the day they cleared up, leaving things probably better than before they started. I already knew it was a 2 day job and, when they returned the next day it was the same as before; working consistently and doing a very good job. The site was left clean and tidy. The price was one I was happy to pay. The workers were very helpful and good natured. I have used them before and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Got in touch and Will arranged for a visit very quickly. Gave the run down of what was needed, costs, everything so I knew exactly what would happen. Had the scaffolding up and skip delivered in a day, supplies the next, and two days of work and the job was done. Fantastic work by Will and his team, the roof is gorgeous now. I had a leak and my flat roof was quite worse for wear so phoned Martin and he was giving me a quote within 3 hours. He managed to fit me in within 2 days and now I have a really good roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company as the standard of workmanship is excellent .
