Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case!
