In short, my experience with Lee Roofing Services was simply outstanding. Isaiah and the team worked on my house just after I purchased it. They identified an issue causing water ingress, lifted the entire roof off the house to fix it and completed ancillary work around my chimney and gutters (all in 5 days!).They were complete professionals from start to finish and communicated clearly to us throughout the job. We knew exactly what was happening on each day and they did not go a penny over their initial quote. The team was also very friendly and polite. Highly recommend Ryan, John and team. They carried out works to our Victorian terraced cottage in St. Albans to a high standard. It included lead flashing, valley repair work and general gutting/repointing work. The quote was reasonable compared to others and I felt reassured as they were members of a roofing federation. They kept me updated at all times with photos and left the area clean and tidy, taking all rubbish with them.

Had a card through the door saying that Radlett Roofing would be in the area doing cleaning and repairing gutters. As it happened I needed a repair to a joint in my gutters. Called them on Thursday around 4pm. had agreed an estimate, and they were with me 9am next mromning. William looked at the work and realised it was an easir repair than I described. So we agreed a much cheaper fixed price. and work was done quickly. Thanks to william and Lee. Great job, done quickly. Exccelent!

Whilst leaning out of a dormer window I discovered one of our very heavy slate tiles had completely detached and was likely to slide down onto the driveway below either smashing a car or worse killing someone. I immediately looked into hiring a cherry a picker to access the roof safely and using a handyman to silicon the tile into place. Half day rental was £595+vat and would be a nightmare to arrange. I decided to find a roofing company thinking maybe an expert might be the better option. I texted Radlett Roofing and immediately received a response and a much better price than the option above. Even better was the promise of completing the job the next morning - putting my mind at rest. They arrived first thing and sorted it easily. They also spotted and photographed two broken further tiles to show me, one of which was already resting in the gutter. They sorted all of it within the original quote, and were courteous and tidy. Will definitely be using them again!
