Shaun came out to take a look at my flat roof extension which was having some water issues. He explained in simple terms how the roof was constructed and layered (as it had previously been repaired), but was pragmatic about initially trying to make a small and simple fix to see if that would resolve it - 1 week later and so far so good! I'm very happy I contacted Watkins flat roofing and would do so again if I have future problems, I particularly liked that he helped explain what the potential issue(s) could be and what to look out for in the future in a simple way.

Shaun and his team came to fix a severely leaking flat roof. It had been badly made and badly repaired multiple times prior to me living there. When they arrived there was water pouring in from several locations. They worked out what they needed to do, explained everything clearly, agreed a reasonable price and arranged for the work to start in a few days time. During the several days of work, the team couldn't have been nicer. They were incredibly polite and considerate, worked exceedingly hard and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with a leaking flat roof which was in need of repair. We contacted Shaun, and received a quick response. He came to look at the job, gave us an excellent quote for the job the following day, and managed to get the job done really quickly. Had to have a garage roof replaced on a rental property at short notice as tenant was using for storage purposes and was given Shauns details by a friend. The job was completed three days later after fitting me in on a Sunday, attending himself with one of his employees!! I found Shaun to be extremely approachable and very knowledgeable and confident in his manner without the often accompanying arrogance, which in turn garnered trust and confidence that the job would be done with integrity.
