All the extra work was appropriate, confirmed by initial photos of the damage and an accompanied visit to the high working platform, then promptly completed. TCK Roofing have repaired our flat roof and also been to fix a problem on our out building. Their staff are highly professional and the knowledge and expertise in the Roofing & building field is of a high level. We contacted Nayburs via Google at about 9.30pm on a Thursday night after we had water coming into a bedroom during a storm. Looking at the roof a tile had slipped leaving a gap. Got a reply almost immediately and Pat and team turned up the next day to have a look. We already knew the roof needed to be replaced in the near future but hoped to get away with a patch. Pat got me up the ladder and showed me just how bad it actually was and explained why it couldn't be patched in a manner they could guarantee. Lifting tiles showed rotten battens (crumbled to the touch), rotten, crumbling roof lining and loose ridge tiles. It was a 60 year old roof but looked unlikely to last the week let alone the coming winter. We bit the bullet and agreed on a new roof. I'd normally get a number of quotes for this type of thing but was quoted a fair price. Nayburs had the gap covered and secured, and scaffolding, skip and materials ordered the same afternoon. And started work the next day. All through the process Pat and the team were professional, tidy, on-time and sent videos of all the work they had done each day. Any question were answered immediately, day or night. We're very happy with the result and would heartily recommend Nayburs to anyone and, in fact, have already done so!

The Hodgson team have just completed a full roof refurbishment of our 1930s semi-detached house, replacing all tiles, upgrading the rafter insulation and installing warm decks above all flat roofs. The team were professional and courteous from start to finish. Great communication, no surprises, and top-quality workmanship. Despite having some challenging weather (one day was too bad to work in) the team was there full-time and the work was completed as quickly as possible. We are very pleased with the result.

We used Maccabees to sort out a problem with our roof that was caused by unfinished work from another contractor. Explained clearly what work was required to fix the issue, produced a clear quote, communicated well about when job would be done, turned up on time, nice guys on site, quality of work was excellent and left site clean and tidy with no mess.
