During the Corona crisis everything comes with its problems... February 2020 was most definitely not the right month to start building a house!! Sent Chris my roof plans and had the list of quantities same day!! Good communications and would recommend.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Chris and his team have never taken longer than 48 hours to return our tender packs. They are thorough, accurate and go the extra mile for us. If you want a 5 star estimating team, then look no further.

Chris and team were excellent in providing an accurate estimate in times of significant price fluctuations for an extension. Not only did they provide the estimate, they also helped source the additional materials that were in short supply, both by phoning around directly, and by directing me towards alternative products that may be able to suit my needs.
