We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Luna Roofing. Dean fully involved us in the whole roof repair process. From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. All in all, I can't recommend Luna Roofing highly enough for their service from beginning to end. Many thanks Dean!

Martin and his team recently redid our back roof. They arrived promptly and left the site in a very tidy state each night. Storm Darragh struck half way through the job but we did not have any leaks and the roofing felt stood up to the storm very well.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced.
