All roofing has recently completed a full flat roofing contract including tapered insulation, Alwitra single ply membrane, solar panel mounting strips, Alwitra aluminium fascia, bespoke aluminium soffit and bespoke wall capping. Before I go into a more in-depth review I can summarise and say all the works have been done to a very high standard with great attention to detail from the outset. Scott was very helpful in the design phase of the house with looking at all the technical details of the roof. This included gutter upstand details, tapered insulation design, placing drainage outlets, balcony waterproofing details and suggesting the best products for the job. I was very keen for Scott to have input on this from an early stage because I know that if these details are not well thought out from the start it can lead to a lot of problems with the finished product. This is especially true of balcony waterproofing where it is very easy to make mistakes. Scott really did go the extra mile making sure all the details were well thought out. When it came to undertaking the works Scott and his team worked very efficiently with a very good attention to detail. Scott was very good at working with me to make sure his work was well scheduled and other trades had done things correctly to make sure that everything was correct before he completed his works. The finished product looks amazing. The aluminium fascia is a big part of the look of the house and I’m really glad I went for the proper Alwitra gutter upstand and fascia system. Scott spent a lot of time and effort making sure every aspect of the fascia and soffit looks good. To me the roof and waterproofing details are one of the most important parts of our house and I’m very happy to have had All roofing undertaking the works. Scott has definitely been one of my favourite contractors for our whole build.

We recently had Jan and Vito replace a 100 year old roof with chimney removal, new veluxe windows, and insulation and also a polycarb conservatory roof into felt roof. Jan and Vito took care of every aspect, from the skip to the scaffolding, making the the job a breeze from our persepctive.They were clean, quick and nothing was an issue, any problem they encountered was overcome without fuss. The quality of the work carried out was absolutely top notch and the price was very reasonable. After great difficulty finding someone to take on the job, I asked Roof Exchange to look at my crumbly chimney and carry out some repairs and repointing. Clive came round and provided friendly, sound advice. The chimney was too weak to repair and so the job changed to chimney height reduction, which was carried out efficiently and speedily. No mess was left behind. I found them to be very efficient. Work was carried out for a reasonable price. Would certainly recommend.

New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . The Flat Roofing Company replaced our flat roof (of a 14-unit, 3-storey, block of flats in central Bournemouth) in July 2023. From the initial assessment of the job, in person, by Sam Bridgeway to the warranty handover on job completion, everything was done professionally. I must compliment Sam on his excellent customer relationship skills; he was very responsive to email communication, polite and kept us informed of progress and any delays all along the way. He chose excellent scaffolders (Ricketts) and his team of men were equally courteous and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard, and we were impressed with the finished appearance. Of course, only time will tell if the job lives up to its 20-year warranty, but it is looking good at the moment! We would thoroughly recommend this company to any block of flats looking for a similar flat roof replacement/refurbishment. Five companies were invited to bid for this work, but it is only the Flat Roofing Company that gave us the confidence to proceed. They even identified aspects of the work that was not picked up by other estimators, thus providing a more thorough job.

After the previous flat roof installation wasn't constructed to regulations, had a leaking skylight, and was sagging/pooling - the property was certainly in need of some expertise to sort the problems out! Sam and his team managed to re-design the 4x flat roof areas with the required insulation and slopes to prevent pooling. The new skylight also makes a massive impact! The job wasn't without its challenges - but the team worked flawlessly to resolve every hurdle thrown at them. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, quick and reasonable quote with lots of detail, plenty of communication about the job start and then the job itself was simply magical, I dont know how they've done it but its almost impossible to tell that there were 2 chimneys there before. Our neighbour had their chimneys taken down by another company last year and its really unsightly where the chimneys were and we were expecting the same but our roof is now pristine. The team removed hip and ridge tiles , cleaned them for re-use and replaced a few slates. They did this very carefully. They took all the rubbish away and left us clean and tidy.
