I had a wonderful meal at the Plough on a Sunday evening. Went for a roast... However by the time I ordered there was none left! So make sure you're earlier if you want to avoid disappointment in that respect. The chicken burger I had instead was absolutely divine though! So I can't complain at all about the quality of food and service. There was Also a very well prepared quiz taking place at about 7pm which made the evening even more enjoyable! Will definitely be returning.
I've been here countless times over the years but more recently with several large lunch groups (15-20) from work. Each time all staff have been brilliant and the food is of a good quality, although there are only a small number of vegan options.
Not been here in many many years and totally impressed with its makeover - it’s now a really upmarket, great venue for drinking/dining. Location not great if you’re driving as parking nearby is poor and service wasn’t great but they were busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely return

From hearty mains to tempting small plates, there’s something for everyone on the menu. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The only drawback is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, which might make it more of a treat than a regular go-to. However, given the quality of the food and the atmosphere, it’s worth it for a special occasion or indulgent outing. Overall, a great choice for good food and a great vibe in Harborne!
