Upon this day, I did venture forth with mine intended to partake in a most bounteous feast, where the cups did flow without end. Verily, it was the fair maiden Lola who did attend to our needs with great care, ensuring our goblets ne’er lay barren whilst gracing us with words both warm and merry. A soul most kind is she, well deserving of high station within this fine hall. I beseech thee, good keepers of this house—bestow upon her due recompense, for her labors be most worthy. Let it be writ!

Excellent authentic Carribbean food in a great atmosphere. Id recommend the half jerk chicken, very tasty. Being a big cheesecake fan and seeing it on the menu I had to try, it did not disappoint, one of the best I've had. Seemed to be quite a popular place, but must people seemed to be taking advantage of the bottomless brunch 😆

We went on a Thursday at around 3/4pm - we were seated immediately by friendly staff. The time between ordering our food and drinks, and for them to be delivered to our table was amazing. We really couldn’t fault the service. Our server, Molly, was amazing, attentive and friendly; big shout-out to Molly! We’ve been to many different Turtle Bays, and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend the Kingston Fried Chicken with Mac and Cheese! It’s a big favourite of my boyfriend and me :)

We came to Adams for my birthday with my husband and four year old daughter. We last came here for our 2nd wedding anniversary many years ago. The food and service was just incredible! I am so so pleased that Adams is so family friendly. The staff made a fuss of our daughter and she absolutely loved her experience there. It can be hard to find fine dining places that are so welcoming to children. We will come again!

We really loved it here. The food was excellent. Some of the chefs that came to explain their dishes could have spoken a bit slower and taken a bit more time to explain. They go so fast spmetimes you hardly get to actually understand what they are saying. We had a nice tour in the kitchen. Again, it was a bit rushed. Would have liked more insight. However all in all we had an amazing night. One more comment; I would say its a little bit too expensive for what you get. If i was comparing it with Opheem for example.

We attended at lunchtime, booking for my partner’s 40th. We were greeted warmly, and the service was exemplar from start to finish. The cocktails were delicious, as were the mocktails. The starting snacks were next level, especially the Parmesan crisp with mushroom mousse! The tasting 7 menu really wowed, the quail with smoked cashew, the halibut, and the venison were real standout dishes, but the blackberry dessert was next level - the word for that dessert is “exquisite”! We felt honoured to be the first to try the new dessert too! An extra nod of gratuity for being so careful about my shellfish allergy too, it is so appreciated. Thank you for an incredible afternoon - we have left full up and not stopped revelling in the experience since getting home.

Went on fancy date night with the other half. Over all was great end to end experience for fine dining. Bill was little over £400, so there really needs superb all around experience, which fell a bit short. (Bit of noise in the restaurant and had different servers for the night and couldn’t hear some of them as they were describing the dish) 4.5/5 for me, purely due to cost vs. Experience ratio. Would go back under the right circumstances.

First time trying this restaurant after reading some very good reviews. Celebrating a wedding anniversary, we thought to try something different and it didn't disappoint. The food was delightful and varied with an abundance of different flavours. Can't fault the service at all with every dish explained by the servers. The atmosphere was very relaxed as well which also made it enjoyable.

Loved it! The flavours conjured up were inspired. I mean a first course called Big Mac. And it tasted just like a Big Mac with a mix of the cheese, mayo, gherkin and tomato flavours with an amazing beef tartare. Wow. Every course was incredible. Go.

The wilderness is fantastic! The food was tasty, seasoned well and wonderfully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is great. Great playlist too! 😊 I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Birmingham

Went out for a team meal here and all were impressed with the food. One colleague ordered the beef burger which he describes as a filling dirty burger with a lot of cheese, another colleague had sirloin and mac and cheese, the highlight being the mac and cheese. I had the chicken which was juicy with good flavour, I would have preferred a slightly bigger portion. The décor is very nice with the steak wall that you can see in the picture provided which is their refrigerator room on display. The kitchen is partially visible which can also be a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Mo was an absolute gem—attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about the food. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. He added a personal touch to our meal that made it all the more special. The food at Pasture was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was artfully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, and it’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in crafting each plate with care and creativity. A Memorable Anniversary Celebration Last Friday, we celebrated our wedding anniversary at Pasture, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the porterhouse steak, which we ordered medium. It was cooked to perfection, with a flavorful crust on the outside and a juicy, tender interior. Each bite was a delightful mix of rich, savory flavors that truly showcased the quality of the steak. Equally impressive was the service we received from Marta, our server for the evening. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. Ordered two glorious dishes from the lunchtime menu. Two for £18.99 is a really good deal. The lobster and prawn ravioli was delicious and the salmon pasta was beautiful and filling. All the food was divine. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Absolutely amazing food, friendly and quick service, lovely ambience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown to a table, drinks were brought very quickly and when starters arrived we were offered sharing plates. The staff checked in with us and made sure we were happy, and we never had to wait, even though the restaurant was very busy on a Friday night. We had the garlic bread starter which came with chopped olives, a really good pairing and not something I’ve seen before. Then for mains we had a spicy meat pizza and a creamy cheesy spinach and walnut gnocchi. They were both so so good!

We had a wonderful work lunch with colleagues and were truly impressed by the amazing food and great ambience. The mocktails crafted by Soroush were exceptional—he’s a top-notch barman! A special thank you to the talented chef for the delicious meal, and to the lovely waitress, Ana, for her attentive service. A big appreciation also goes to Alex for ensuring everything at our table was perfect. Excellent experience all around!

Very quiet place, but the food is AMAZING! Great gluten-free options, and staff are very helpful. Quick service, and hot tasty food. Little bit expensive, but the food is worth it.

What. A. Venue! We took our grandma for afternoon tea at the start of the year and the way they treated, accommodated and cared for us was second to none. We loved it so much we got in touch to host our wedding dinner, and shout out to Rich for the service, kindness and hospitality he showed us. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging the tasting menu, to creating a seating plan and agenda, the whole thing was executed flawlessly. The food was hot, delicious and had a real wow factor which our guests loved. Our auntie was in awe of the presentation and cutlery! There were so many special touches and the whole experience was bespoke and special. Thank you to Rich and the team for an unforgettable day and stay ( we were very sad to check out! )

My second time visiting Baloci and the service was incredible. Our Waiter Flo was very helpful and informative in regards to the Menu. I have a gluten intolerance and they catered to my needs. The gluten free sandwiches and desserts were nice, however, the scones were not very nice. They completely crumbled and there was no sugar in the scone so it tasted more like a savoury item. I would always recommend Baloci as the service is 10/10 and the food is delicious.

Had an amazing stay here whilst attending an event at Edgbaston Cricket ground. The attention to detail is outstanding Every staff member was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Had one of the best margarita cocktails ever and they had even thought of doing half the glass with salt and half not in case you didn't like a salt rimmed glass. Just gorgeous

If you're looking for somewhere unique and beautiful to stay Baloci is highly recommended by us. From the moment of our arrival the staff we on hand delivering an outstanding service throughout our entire stay. Every moment was perfection with the highest of standards, from our beautiful bedroom, luxury bath, and great facilities. There are 2 stunning bars, an amazing dining experience, the 6 course taster menu was superb. The outside space was gorgeous, a lovely setting to relax with outdoor heating available. We cannot wait to visit again 😀

I was not stopped by some not very pleasant reviews that I read about your restaurant.. and of course I came to try your food myself, and I came out very satisfied. Together with my husband, we ate a very delicious lunch, the steak was cooked the way we asked, the wine we chose was great, and what to say for the dessert at the end just Super satisfied. Our compliments to the chef and thanks to the staff who were very kind and smiling at every moment.. Highly recommended 👍

5 stars 🌟 all around. One of the best restaurant meals I'd had this year. The food is very good quality and worth the price. I can't remember the names of everything we had, but the steak cut like butter and the garlic mushrooms, freshly baked cocoa bread and deep fried anchovies were delicious. The cocktails were also 🔥 we had x3 Buenos Aeries cocktails, which were divine. The toilets were clean and the atmosphere was good. I recommend and will be back. Free parking is onsite. Bonus ✅️

The food was superb 👌🏾, the meat was so succulent it just melts of the bone. Can't recommend enough. Great portion sizes. The service was great everyone was so friendly and attentive! Will definitely be going back.

Save this to your 'MUST VISIT' list because if you don't you are missing out. The menu features the perfect mix of tapas classic such as Spanish chicken & chorizo stew and croquetas, as well as dishes with a modern twist like their duck breast with morello cherry and red wine jus. WE ADORED THIS DISH! We enjoyed a gorgeous bottle of wine and obvious we had to have some cocktails. There's timeless classics and some really creative original recipes. If you like dessert style cocktails you're in for a treat. We love a whisky and enjoyed a delicately smoked Old Fashioned. They have a selection of woods to choose from for your smoke which we just LOVED. The little touches and the careful thought that has gone into both the drinks and food menu really reflect the passion of the team and make a big difference. We are heading back in a few weeks and can't wait to try the arancini and fabada. Get yourself booked in asap

What an absolutely stunning meal! We really rated that there was a great selection of veggie and vegan options with some dishes that we hadn't tried before. Everything we tried was so fresh and delicious, but our favourite dishes were the Croquetas, Salantourmasi, Mango & Feta Salad and Lamb Koftas... Although the Churros stole the show, and were the nicest Churros we think we've ever eaten!!! The Sangria was absolutely delicious. When the karafe arrived I thought it would be too much but I quite happily glugged it down with my meal - refreshing and boozy, the perfect combination! The restaurant has a welcoming and cosy vibes, which we loved. Alex and Peter were such pros, you can tell they have been in the restaurant industry for a long time with their effortless hospitality and attention to detail! We really enjoyed our meal here and would happily return to try more of the menu, which rotates as the seasons change. And also for the Churros... They are worth driving to another city for alone!!!

First time visiting The Mayan tonight for a belated valentines meal. We arrived early and sat at the bar where the bar staff provided great service and looked after us. Showed to our table shortly after, Yiannis the manager was awesome and helped with food and drink suggestions. Great food, atmosphere and service definitely worth the money and great experience thank you Yiannis! 🔥

Food took a while to arrive and the steak tasted a bit stale. I visited on a Sunday evening, so there was a lot of parking opposite the building. Drinks were giving Mexican vibes really. Customer service was top-notch

Great time at Mayan on valentines day. Giannis was amazing! It was great to see families out and still enjoy a romantic meal. The portion sizes were good, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. They went the extra mile.

It was my first night alone in Birmingham, and I decided to have dinner at this Mexican restaurant. I walked in around 5pm and was seated right away. My server Yiannis was polite and friendly, he gave me many suggestions for food and drinks as I have minor dietary restrictions. Food was fantastic (I had lamb and chips/salsas for appetizers.) but the server’s attentiveness and positive attitude especially stood out. I wish I could have this type of service in America… I’ll definitely come back here!

I was a little apprehensive going here due to the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service was amazing, our waiter was lovely, all staff were friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the garlic bruschetta for starters, the risotto for mains and tiramisu for dessert. I would definitely recommend and I want to go again too. The atmosphere was great, lots of people, by 6.30 the place was packed (considering they open at 6).

Lovely traditional Italian restaurant. All the dishes were really nice, with speedy service for a group of 8 seated upstairs. Would definitely recommend their chicken, pork and lamb dishes, very good flavours and decent portion sizes. Mostly serving Mediterranean style dishes, not you normal pastas and pizzas you might expect. Accommodated for my toddler nephew by making an off the menu simple pasta in tomato sauce. Worth booking via open table to guarantee a table as it was busy!
