Amazing food. Very fresh, good quality ingredients. Three of us shared the two person platter. There is a lot of food! The staff and patrons are very welcoming. Everything is ordered and ready in good time; not is rushed. The Albanian lemon beverage is refreshing. Would definitely recommend trying and we will be back.

First time trying this place and definitely won’t be my last, great service and staff gave recommendations. The food was really tasty and everything was fresh, good sized gyro and great value for money. I got the mixed gyro with the loux lemon drink (refreshing greek drink)

We visited here with a friend after a recommendation. The food and staff were amazing. Great vege options - I had the vege grill whereas friends had the large grill. Decent sized portions. Building does not look like a restaurant and the entrance is down the side of the building. Looks like it used to be a working mens club or something? Would highly recommend!

It was a bit quiet when we arrived (early afternoon), but staff were really friendly and the food was delicious (onion rings, lamb palak, rice, garlic naan and my son had a chicken dish) and plentiful. Even my teenage son couldn't eat it all. I would highly recommend.

Me and my partner tried the Woodlands bar and grill last night. The food was well above other bar and grills we've had, in regards to taste, texture and quantity. Members of staff are very friendly and welcoming, very clean environment to eat. Will be returning with friends

Tried the Punjabi lamb curry, garlic naan and chilli chips which was amazing. Went back the next day to try the mixed grill and paneer tikka. Would definitely recommend👌The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

First time coming to this restaurant and won't be the last. Place is small but very nice and clean. Staff are very good and It's a family run restaurant. atmosphere is romantic with the old school classics playing on the speaker. There is a small wait in-between courses but it's worth the wait. I ordered calamari as a starter and my wife picked brushetta, both starts are very good and very nice presented, as a mains we picked chicken breast in a creamy sauce with a potatoes and salad on the side. My wife had the fillet steak with gorgonzola. Overall very great experience.

My grandaughter and I arrived early for supper after an afternoon theatre trip but we were welcomed warmly and seated immediately. New Years Eve and very quickly the restaurant was packed. The food,as always,was delicious,authentic and a delight. The staff are so lovely...attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was up lifting and,on such an optimistic night,heart warming. We left to a chorus of 'Happy New Year' from everyone in the restaurant....staff and diners...all strangers but all full of the happiness this place engenders.

I like this restaurant Flame and Ice in neighbourhood. Tina has always been very welcoming. And of course, I can only say if you are in need for a meal, with good clean environment and amazing staff service. Swing over!

I was part of a group of 11. Delicious food, promptly served, friendly service, very good atmosphere. We were even offered complimentary tea at the end of our meal! We were all pleasantly surprised and everyone was happy with the food they have received. One slight inconvenience that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself is difficulty to find parking. You need to look for space for a while. Thankfully there was enough parking on the street for everyone in the group on a Monday evening.

Genuinely an amazing meal, I had the mixed grill. All the meat is so fresh and perfectly cooked with a the hint of lovely charcoal from the grill.

Always come here for their chicken wings, salad and bread. My favourite place for Turkish food. Food is always delicious and staff are welcoming. Definitely recommend the food here

From the outside the restaurant looks a little tired, but we we quickly greeted at the door by our waitress and led to a table. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The food was terrific and massive portions are given that we had to take most of it home. Would definitely go back to explore more of the menu.

Without a doubt this is currently my favourite steak house in Birmingham. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very professional, friendly and attentive. The food is all delicious but when it comes to the steaks, all different cuts are out of this world!!! always cooked to perfection and with a delicious grill flavour. All food and drinks are also reasonably priced which makes De las Vies a “must go” restaurant for all meat lovers.

We've been to the steak a few times now and every time it taste even better! Very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The decor of the place is very nice and pleasant. What surprises me the most? The service there is really at a high level, I've never been served so professionally as in DeLaVies!

We were looking for a Persian restaurant on drive from Edinburgh to London and came across Rouhi Restaurant and considering I don't know anywhere in Birmingham, I was skeptical but OMG they did not disappoint. Excellent food.We had King of Persia (Ghormeh Sabzi ) and mixed tikkeh, which was grilled to perfection. You must try their wings. Authentic Iranian food ♡

Been to many kurdish restaurants in London but this one is by far the best one in UK I have been to. Kawrma (kavurma) is a must have.

It was amazing. I am Persian and I love Persian food, but this restaurant with Kurdish food was amazing and the taste of the food was fresh. The restaurant was absolutely clean, professional behaviour of the staff, nice interior design and so cozy. I loved the sour fish with apricot pot 😍 I will come back definitely, it’s my new favourite place now, I hope you keep up the standards

Two of us dined at AMA restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful array cuisine, we really enjoyed our dinner and the food was delicious. Everything was excellent. I came all the way from wigan to try this restaurant, I can’t wait to return to AMA restaurant to explore more of their delicious cuisine, keep up the good work. Highly recommended

Food was good. Aubergine broth was so good. Hummus was an authentic one. The grills were especially good except one wing and one meat tikka were grilled from the outside but the inner part was raw, but everything else was delicious including the rice and bulgur coming with the mix grill platter. Prices were very good, with a good food portion. The decoration was very nice, a good place for families, and staff were friendly with fast service

We visited the Bear on Friday 3rd January for their 'fish and chips' night for £6 per person. The fish was freshly cooked and delicious. It's tilapia apparently and cheaper than the chip shop - highly recommended

Absolutely loverly breakfast cooked to perfection, great value and brilliant service. Everything was perfect literally!! Never had a bad meal in the place, the chefs are always on point. Thank you and heavily recommend this place for food and chilling!!

A fabulous local pub. Yeah it's in Bearwood, which has its downside, but this pub has no downside. The food is delicious, and well priced. The drinks are great, and the service has been fantastic each time. Great job to everyone working there!
