The Best Restaurants in Wainfleet All Saints, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom (2025)

We've missed out on having a Sunday lunch at this fantastic pub several times, as always busy, but on this visit we got lucky (We tend to make impromptu decisions when going for a meal, but I'd recommend booking in advance if traveling any distance). We decided to eat at one of the bar tables, rather than the main dining area, which is rather like a large conservatory. A bit cosy perhaps, but less busy, next to a window, and had a good warm atmosphere, Right from the beginning, service was excellent, with attentive, friendly and helpful staff taking our orders, and there for general chat. There were plenty of meat choices available for your roast, we both opted for the beef topside. Our food arrived within 10-15 minutes, which was perfect timing. The vegetable selections arrived separately in dishes, and like the main were equally well presented (see pictures). Everything was hot, and perfectly cooked, with proper roast potatoes & Yorkshire pudding. The beef was a great choice, both tasty & tender, and the side vegetables, which included red onion were also very nice. I tend to eat with my eyes first, and this not only looked delicious, but tasted delicious too. Compared to some other pubs around in the area, it is slightly more expensive, but for food of this quality, it's well worth it, and clearly the reason it's always so busy. Since some of the others we've enjoyed around this area have now closed, we'll most definitely be returning here when we next get the opportunity. Fantastic food, warm & friendly atmosphere, perfect.

Wow!! What an absolute gem of a pub/restaurant! The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful but the food was what really set this place aside from others! We had the pork belly roast and the portions were not only huge but so tasty and fresh!

Cute little pub/ restaurant. We visited here for a Sunday roast whilst away on holiday and we were not disappointed. Myself and my husband both had topside of beef. Food was a little bit of a wait but was well worth it. Food was delicious! So much so that we booked to go again on the Thursday for our son’s birthday. This time the restaurant was a lot quieter but again the food was gorgeous. This time we had surf and turf and it was beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this pub and we will definitely be returning when we visit again next year

Lovely country pub feel, with a nice all round atmosphere. Staff could not be more attentive, they went out of their way to make the meal special. Food was cracking, we had three courses each and were very impressed. My only criticism was the sauce on the ribs, it was tomato based and a touch metallic tasting, despite this the ribs were soft and well cooked and the portion size was massive! We will definitely be visiting again 👍🏻

Came to The Duck & Drake Skegness today for lunch, friendly staff, good selection of drinks. Had a delicious lunch, that was beautifully presented. I had Salmon with Hollandaise sauce on the side…Real Chips!! Salad and coleslaw. Extremely reasonably priced. In fact downright inexpensive. Unbelievable quality and value for money, A definite must visit 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We Shall definitely be back…Highly recommended

We highly recommend the Duck and Drake to have a great Sunday lunch - so much choice at the carvery ( lamb, beef and pork and help yourself style veg and potatoes ) there was so many vegetables my Son tried them all. It was all really nicely cooked, tasty and fantastic value at £8 for the carvery or £10 with a pudding - we chose the apple crumble with either custard or ice cream. No need to book just turn up. We’ll definitely be going again next time we’re at our caravan.

My husband and I went here today for the first time and it was lovely. Carvery was good and lots of choice, for £8 you really can’t go wrong and then £2 for a dessert add on 😊 we will definitely be back

We called in here on our way back to skegness for some food. I had the lasagne, and my friend had the ploughman's. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. In the evening, they have bingo and some brilliant act's on

We had a lovely evening here for our friends Birthday, the food was fabulous, perfectly cooked, tasty, very generous portions and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and interactive. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Didn't have a reservation, as normally don't enjoy solo dining was going to get something to go,but decided to eat in. Was shown to a quiet out of the way table. The grilled goats cheese and lobster ravioli was just perfect. Service by the two young staff was great. Changed my solo dining phobia!!

Went out here for our daughters birthday , have to say what an excellent place , service and food . Well worth the money as the portions are big . Would highly recommend this place if you like Italian food 👍👍

Called today at 9am,First time and got seated straight away.Very polite waitress.The Breakfast was lovely and I would highly recommend this Cafe.

Went in for brunch, and was immediately greeted and shown to a table. A good selection of meals, which are very reasonably priced. Good children's meal prices too, which helps with fussy/small eaters. Food was off a decent quality and cooked well. Server's were interactive, rather than just serving which is nice. Overall, highly rated and would stop again if in the area, or use frequently if local.

Been visiting Skegness area for 9 years and 4 years ago we found this beauty!! It is absolutely brilliant. Service, prices and food are outstanding. We stay at Southview and we come off site everyday when visit to eat. fresh home made foods and they are amazing with out little girl. Thank you!!!!

Went this morning for breakfast, got seated straight away, server was polite and friendly, ordered 2 farmers breakfasts with drinks. Drinks arrived rather quickly with breakfast not far behind. Breakfast was really good and value for money. Would highly recommend to everyone

We visited earlier this year, I’m slow to write the review but it deserves one as we were so happy when we left. Food was fabulous, I had the lamb which was perfect, generous portion too! The team are lovely, welcoming & cheerful, we enjoyed chatting with Louise 😊 Cosy fire was a treat too. Thank you! Hopefully we’ll be back & camp next time.

Me and my husband went there for a date night and the food was absolutely amazing. Best pasta I have ever had and I’ve had lots of creamy seafood pastas in my life. We ordered the bruschetta and calamari for starters and the linguine seafood pasta for Maine. Lovely chef and staff.

Lovely food. Nicest restaurant we found in Skeggy. Big portions. 4 of us had 2 starters and a main each and we couldn’t finish it (and I can eat A LOT!). Homemade pasta was a winner. £112 for 4 with 2 starters, pint of Peroni and a nice bottle of red wine.

Honestly the best meal I’ve had in some time. Service was unreal. Waitresses had a good laugh with us. Everything perfect. We’ll definitely be back. Some pics of our unreal food.

We found this restaurant last year and absolutely loved it. Forgot to review that time but we revisited last night. I would highly recommend anyone who loves great food to give this place a try. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The portion sizes are more than reasonable and the flavours are just amazing. The staff are fantastic with nothing being too much trouble, the food arrives freshly cooked and the waiting time is minimal. It looks like they have expanded slightly since our last visit as they now have an enclosed seating area on the side of the restaurant with a fold back roof so business must be good. I'm not surprised as this place is a great experience and one we certainly intend to repeat.

A really good value restaurant with an extensive breakfast buffet selection. Plenty of vegan options cooked to order and delivered to your table. I would recommend booking as it was very busy today. £10.99 for unlimited cooked breakfast and £8.99 for unlimited continental. Staff are amazing and very friendly. came here with my mum and my partner. sad to see what i was planning to order was off of the menu for the day, but found an alternative. we did have to go up to the bar to order drinks and pay the bill, as the waiter looking after our table seemed to be avoiding us ? we weren’t checked on unlike many of the other tables in our area, which seemed strange. our food didn’t take too long :-)

Wow yesterday I had the best steak n Ale pie I’ve ever tasted in Wolfies wine bar. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were great too. Nice to have a pub that serves Alcohol free lager on pump rather than in expensive bottles. Well done 👍🏻 Wolfies we’ll be back again next year 👏👏👏👍🏻

Seated quickly in a lovely booth, ordered at the bar and got both drinks and food quickly. Starters cleared quick and then mains arrived a few minutes later leaving enough time for food to settle, yummy food and lovely staff. Will be returning( hint hint get the pie ) 👍

Really nice pub with excellent food. Friendly staff and nice warm welcoming environment. See pictures. Fish and chips was £16. Which I thought was steep but really nice and very filling after eating am pleased to say was worth it. No regrets at all will come back next time in Skegness

The nicest place for proper food in Skegness, wow! Cooked to absolute perfection! I don’t know who was in charge of the music but they had impeccable taste in songs! Not a bad thing to say about this place. Staff were pleasant and attentive, overall 100%

Beautifully cooked Sunday lunch. Members of our group had beef or turkey and both were cooked to perfection and were very good portions. Selection of vegetables served separately. We all had a pudding and they were just as good as the main course. Very good value at £12:95 for 2 courses. You can just have the main which is just under £10:00. The girls who served us were friendly and efficient. We will definitely go again.

Popped in for Sunday lunch and was very impressed with the food. The wife had roast beef whilst I opted for pork. The portions were pretty substantial and tasted delicious. We had chocolate fudge cake and apple and cherry crumble for pudding and both were fabulous. In fact the wife said "it's the tastiest fudge cake I've ever had", which if you knew just how much cake she's eaten over the years, you'd realise that this is the highest praise indeed! 😂 My crumble was equally divine. Plus it was only £12.95 for both courses or £9.95 for just dinner, what an absolute treat. 😊

This place is delicious. Highly recommend it. Fresh fish daily, prices right, and it's sooo delicious. I had the skinless cod (large) it def can feed two. The fries/chips were nice. Add little curry sauce, or option of mushy peas, can't go wrong. Add salt and malt vinegar for an authentic English flavor. There are about 7 other fish and chips options right there, but we enjoyed Trawlers best.

Great food. Comes nice and warm. Not soggy at all. Fish was tasty and not thin. Was good portion size and great price. The only downside was that the top of the pie was super dry but I don’t eat that part so it didn’t bother me

This has the most fun facade and interior of a fish and chip restaurant that I've ever seen. Such a fun venue. As for the food, some good some not so good. Nice big piece of fish. Tasty. Well cooked. Good batter. But the skin was left on and that means it's not as pleasant to eat and in the end i had to eat around it. It's not impossible to remove this as other places in Skegness prove. Mushy peas were nice and thick. The best of the ones visited so far. Chips were underdone. The garlic mayo was just a cheap supermarket one squeezed out into a container and not tasty. They did also have a special on for batter pigs in blanket. I generally enjoy a battered sausage so had to try them as its Xmas time. Sadly, they were not good and felt very undercooked. Big surprise. Go the once to experience the venue and if you want more fish try one of the others. There's one that I definitely think is better overall.
