A great dog friendly and person friendly Pub. Lovely food both had lasagne home made huge. There was a senior menu three courses for £12.95!!!!!!! But we resisted it even though according to staff we could have had. I'm not how to take that. Wish this was a local for us
A great country pub. Lunched with some friends plus our small dog, very well looked after by the owner and very attentive staff. Not rushed over our meal and able to enjoy a birthday treat at leisure. Really lovely experience especially that we had travelled an hour and a half in order to meet friends halfway between our respective homes. Thank you
We went for dinner one evening on a Saturday with my husband, two children and mother in law. The food was great. My mother in law said it was brilliant. My children normally don’t eat much of their meals but they both had the chicken bites and they both ate them all and said they were the best. The coleslaw I had with my meal was amazing and the best coleslaw I have ever had. I had the Hunters Chicken and the chicken portion was massive and fresh. Husband had the lamb burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had some items from the pub snacks menu as starters and they were enjoyed by all. The last time we went was over 4 years ago. We will be back again.

Lovely family pub with fantastic food! Massive portions and tastes amazing! The staff go above and beyond and cannot help enough. We went for my daughter in laws 21st birthday meal and they all made the afternoon perfect for her thank you 😊
