My partner and I visited for dinner recently and enjoyed the experience. The mushroom pastry was lovely and my partner had lots of positive things to say about his mixed grill. The pub was a little loud on the night we visited as it was quiz night but otherwise, it was a pleasant place to eat and very reasonably priced.
Staff were absolutely amazing. Polite and couldn’t do enough. Would highly recommend for the service alone today. Prices were very competitive. Chicken on mixed BBQ share plater was a little dry but hey we’ve all been there right ?!
Tonight, I had a fantastic experience with my family at the restaurant. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. When I inquired about a particular meal at the bar, one of the staff members provided me with detailed information and even suggested additional items to enhance our meals. The entire staff exuded positivity, and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. The food was exceptional, especially the ribs on the chicken and rib combo, and our meals were served promptly. I'm looking forward to returning to the restaurant for a birthday celebration in a few weeks. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience!
We came to the Jolly Scotchman for our work christmas due, and the food was so yummy here. I opted for the burger which was delicious. The price is also great here. Staff were on the ball regularly coming to check if we needed drinks and if things were okay. This is the 2nd meal I've had here and first was also spot on last year. 100% recommended.
