Great food served by lovely, helpful staff. Their menu changes a few times a year, for a little seasonality. So nice to be able to take our dog with us as it’s a dog friendly venue.

I'm Herts & Beds born and bred, but I've lived in South Wales for 11 years now. I happened to be back to visit family for the first time in 11 years and we found VB on Happy Cow, there being NO vegan restaurants locally when we were last around. I thought they were demolishing The Wynd, but apparently not. On a sunny Sunday afternoon it was thriving. The cafe was welcoming and comfy, but a little warm and initially there was no free water available. The food we had was reasonably priced, filling and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cheese sauce on my quesadilla. My family enjoyed their sandwiches with the really good focaccia bread, which I obviously had a bite of. 😉 The menu was impressive and different. It wasn't just full of junk which is so common for vegan places now. Lovely cafe which I stumbled upon during my trip to Letchworth. The cauliflower ragu bread was delicious and the flat white with oat milk was so silky. The barista was really friendly and asked if I needed any help when I was browsing their in house roasted coffee range. Lastly, the toilets were clean and nicely decorated. The whole place has a really cool vibe. I'll be visiting again.

We travelled to visit this vegan establishment & I’m so glad we did! Not being used to being spoilt for choice, we consumed far more than we needed! Everything was incredible, the coffee (roasted on site), the buns & bread (made on site), the staff. We’ll definitely have another day trip to Letchworth & visit to Vutie Beets. Lovely cozy place with lots parking. Wide variety menu of pub grub and portions are just right. The lamb shank gravy was a tad sweet but the lamb was tasty.

Casual lunch today, pub was quiet but service was good and the delicious food was served quickly. Its only a 20 min walk , so we will return in the next few weeks

We had a lovely experience here for my husband's birthday lunch! We booked in advance as we had a larger group, and had a whole room for our group - the tables were spaced out perfectly so it didn't feel too crowded. Staff & service were excellent, it's not easy dealing with a bigger group but they were very efficient and we appreciated that all our food came out at the same time - which was absolutely delicious (and with great options for all dietary requirements - vegan especially). We will definitely be going back, thanks so much!

Had a lovely experience on a Friday night for a birthday meal for two. Menu selection was great (with decent offering for vegetarians and vegans) and equally delicious. Service was fast and our waitress was lovely. We will be back again for a Sunday roast soon!

My friend and I found this little gem of a pub by chance this week. We were really impressed with the food and also the very welcoming and helpful staff. If you re passing nearby this delightful little village I thoroughly recommend stopping by. We didn't stay at the hotel but if it matches the service we received for lunch I m sure it would be very nice.

I visited here for an evening meal for a date. The service at the bar was fabulous, very attentive, helpful and friendly bar staff for pre-meal drinks. The dining team were also welcoming, friendly and helpful, the food was fabulously presented and the flavours were sublime. Can't fault the experience, thanks to all the teams for a great experience! Worth stating I don't know anyone who works there and this was my first visit, a genuine review from someone who genuinely had a great evening meal.

We had an amazing meal, lamb cutlets and sea bream followed by chocolate mousse. The staff were fantastic especially our waiter, he’d only worked there for about 4 weeks, he was friendly, efficient and interested in his customers. We felt valued and as though we were ‘family’. All we can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Whether it's for a drink or a nice meal, this is my most visited venue in letchworth, especially for food. They have a whole vegan menu, and I've tried just about everything on it, my personal favourite is the tapas, so good. If I'm taking anyone out for a meal, this is where I take them. I love the vibe in there and I cannot fault any staff, they're all so friendly and always make you feel welcome, stopping and having a chat with you. I'd recommend this place to anyone any day of the week.

Great ambience. Quick service and the food was fantastic. The online ordering was a bit messy for our table as we were a group of families where each family ordered their own food. Might have been useful to simply ask for the order number instead of asking who ordered what as there were some similarities of the food ordered across families.

A very clean, attentive service and great menu. Food was well presented and timed well between starters and mains. The food tasted delicious. I liked the dessert menu range too. Well priced and great interior decor made the whole experience very enjoyable for my family. The only thing I would have liked and perhaps it’s different in the evening is to hear Turkish music being played in the background. I believe it was on but very quiet for my liking.

This has got to be the best restaurant for roast dinners. Wendy (boss I believe) went above and beyond for my family today. A few of us drove for over 2 hours as we have some family are in Letchworth and wanted a catch up, all 9 of us. The staff were faultless. I would never eat anywhere else when I come to visit again. Another superb evening at the carvery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming—they truly couldn’t do enough for us. A special thank you to the owner, who kindly carried my mother’s plate to her table—a small gesture that meant a lot. It’s such a lovely atmosphere, it really feels like being at home. A perfect place to enjoy some quality family time. Highly recommended!

Went for a lovely carvery lunch today, and the staff took such good care of me. Due to my allergies they steamed fresh vegetables and made sure I was safe and my food was delicious. Five star service too! Thank you very much, we had a lovely time

I had a wonderful dining experience at Prezzo! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and generous portions. A special shoutout to our waitress, Shannen, who truly made our evening even better. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her service was outstanding, and she made us feel so valued as customers. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
