Initially our objective was to find out how our son was doing at A level maths. John gave us a realistic assessment, which didn't quite match our son's view of his level.
John then gently proved to our son why his assessment was correct and, after a slight confidence dip, our son started to put extra effort to match John's strategy. This resulted in steady improved in not only his maths but physics as well.
In the final run up to the exam's John was driving our son's revision and revision technique as well as mentoring the psychological side to ease the pressure and focus him on the objectives.
Our son acheived four A's in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science which enabled him to get into a Maths and Computer Science dual honours university course.
Our son would not have achieved these grades without John's help.

We feel so lucky to have discovered John. He worked with our daughter offering weekly sessions over the course of a year. Over this period, our daughter changed from being worried about having chosen the wrong A levels, to growing into a confident and able mathematician.
