Fiona is patient, kind and brilliant at explaining maths to all age groups. She helped both my daughters and lots of my friends' children too. Fiona knows her maths and I would recommend her without hesitation.

Her patience and tolerance was nothing short of outstanding, developing a caring rapport over time with my children that meant sessions were looked forward to and valued. Kumon has been invaluable for my daughters education giving her confidence as well as improving her knowledge of both English & Maths. With her learning disabilities the learning style really suited and Cara worked with us to find the right pace for her to manage and always ensured that she was comfortable and understood what she was doing before progressing. I am highly impressed by Kumon Addlestone. My six year old son has been studying English with the centre for less than a year and his progress has been phenomenal - particularly his handwriting and reading. Cara, the manager, is attentive and conscientious. Following an initial discussion with myself, she assessed my son and picked up very quickly his strengths/weaknesses and tailored the starting point of the scheme to him. Since then she, and her team, have kept a close eye on him, reporting to us when they feel he is ready to progress up a level and supporting him with a calm and highly effective style. My wife and I are both trained teachers and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kumon and, in particular, the Addlestone franchise to any parent who wants to support their child's English skills.
