Once again visited this traditional shoe repair shop in the hope of repairing a broken lace cleat on my walking boots. Incredible customer service by a lovely couple who own this shop, even stopping their work to help me out. A fantastic repair completed within half an hour and my boots are good to go again! Excellent service. Sent my Leather RM williams boots here for a polish after I spilt oil and diesel on them. Thought they were completely ruined but JB shoe repairs made them look literally better than new. Could not recommend more.

I've got to tell you all how pleased I am with the job they did on my sandels and boots , I was imaging just a piece of leather attached to the strap of my sandels but no, you would never believe I had to lengthen the straps such a wonderful professional job, and my boots needed stretching.
