I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.
What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. He even offered for me to split payment if needed because of Christmas. 100% recommend using this company ! Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas. Thank you
Spencer came to fit some french doors a did a cracking job with all the best kit. Very friendly bloke with lots of knowledge and advice. He shows the greatest pride in his work and it really shows. Couldnt be happier as everything done perfectly - from fitting door and trim, to quality locks/keys, to cleaning up and sealing. Great price for the standard of works completed. Highly recommended.
