Had an amazing experience there today quick service, went to another timpsons and they messed up my watch and the guy who served me here fixed the issue quick and efficient

I recently visited to have some keys cut for a padlock and they were cut incorrectly, however when I re entered a member of staff by the name of Charlie went over and above to fix the keys for me quickly and efficiently. She even stayed past her working hours so that I could collect the keys at a time that suited me best. She was bubbly and friendly and a truly wonderful member of staff. Would highly recommend
