I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price. Our garage was broken in to leaving the main garage doors without any locks. Phil responded quickly to my call and came to assess the situation. He recommended heavy duty locks for the old style wooden garage doors - these are definitely an upgrade on the old locks and the garage is now far more secure. He also gave us a free survey of all our other door locks - he recommended the latest industry standard lock for the front door to be compliant with our home insurance. Phil is very knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I can’t thank him enough for rescuing us that day and I highly recommend him.

We called Ozlocks due to locking ourselves out the house. It was 1630 on a Friday in rush hour. Chris arrived in less than 30mins. He gained entry in no time at all, without damaging the door or lock. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I made a very silly mistake and mislaid the steering lock bar key to my Mercedes Benz . Ozlocks came to my rescue within 15 minutes , the job was professionally completed in a short amount of time . This morning the lock for the front door stop working and couldn’t get the door closed. I’ve called Chris and came in in less than 20 minutes. Fully repaired the lock and left is as new. Highly recommended if you want someone competent, honest and reliable.

Great service from this local Watford business. They came out within 2hrs of my call, updated all the locks in 30 mins at my rental property and even went around oiling other doors without me asking. Incredible service from Styn. Got locked out and he couldn’t get to me straight away so he gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself first. What a decent man. When you have an emergency you worry about what it’s going to cost you but Styn isn’t there to rip you off, he has very reasonable prices if you need him and is most importantly kind and decent!
