Flo responded really quickly to a query about a sticking lock, made a same day appointment and resolved the issue at that appointment. I couldn’t be there in person but communicated clearly with me throughout the day. Really impressive service.

Brilliant communication. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Quickly completed the lock change and took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate how the new lock worked. It was not as simple as it seemed so I was very grateful.
