I rang about trying to get into my van as I need to get to my tools as I had lost my keys, he asked for a couple of photos to se what he was dealing with and within half an hour he was here, he knew what he was doing and within 20 minutes I had access, very professional, very polite and a VERY good price 100% recommended. Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Dean directed to me to Timpson's Macclesfield store (Grosvenor Centre) for the stitching that needed doing to my shoe. The shoe was stitched there and then returned to Buxton for Dean to re-dye the uppers of both shoes. Overall an excellent result - they just need a new pair of laces now and, as Timpsons did not stock the colour/size, Dean directed me to an alternative supplier. The shoes would have cost £250 to replace and the restoration (including laces) has cost £25.

A proper craftsman at work and a very polite and helpful gentleman too. I waited while he repaired, hand stitching a ladies sandal back together while she waited, and then he put my Seiko watch strap back together. No fuss, just efficient and damned good at his job. 🙏🙏🙏

Obviously everyone knows Timpsons, but it's clear the chap doing the Christmas Eve shift also knows everyone. Very friendly and relaxed chatting with what was a busy little shop. After replacing the watch battery he adjusted the time and date without asking. Great uncomplicated service.

The latch on my nine year old's bedroom door-handle broke, leaving her trapped inside. I called Phil at around 8:15am, he answered immediately and gave some really helpful, practical advice with a technique on how to release the latch. It worked a treat and we had her out in time for school, didn't cost us a penny and no need for the fire brigade (that would have been my next port of call!). Really grateful to Phil for the friendly service and advice. I'll definitely be using him for any locksmith needs in the future!

Phil is absolutely fantastic. First of all he managed to attend at extremely short notice, late on a Sunday evening, to gain entry to our guest property with a failed smartlock whilst I was away. He gained entry within about 15 minutes and provided a permanent repair solution for our guest to continue using the property unhindered. He also sourced for additional parts so that the smartlock can be reintegrated without issue. An absolutely genuine and honest man and wonderful to chat with. He has great advice and definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommended. Thank you Phil.

My nan had a barrel changed yesterday and my nan's carers used the lock three times and then it jammed and stuck closed. Access Now locksmiths were on site 20-30 minutes after I called up and that slight delay was due to me not sending the address promptly, due to receiving phone calls. The diagnosis was the previous day the prior installation had left debris in the lock, which had jammed the cam and then installed the barrel on an angle, which meant that this was always going to happen sooner or later. The debris was removed, the angle on the barrel was remedied and now the door functions as a door again. I was fully expecting a bill in the hundreds and genuinely shocked, in the best possible way, at the cost of both attending and fixing the situation. I would highly recommend this company for service, speed and cost.

Phil provided my partner and I an "above and beyond" service - literally! He not only machined keys and replaced locks with less than a day's notice for a non-emergency callout job, but he gave sound advice re security and other aspects about our home. A brilliant engineer - would highly recommend.

John and Will did an excellent job on our window locks, which were rusted solid. They remained cheerful and professional throughout and we were extremely pleased with the final result.

My partner and I found ourselves locked out of our house this morning, a quick online search flagged up Chatsworth Locksmiths, and encouraged by 5* reviews contacted Jonny. He arrived more or less within the hour, and addressed the issue by replacing the Lock, Excellent friendly service and 'honest' pricing. No hesitation in recommending

Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. Excellent outcome from a nice guy and tradesman.

Jon has done a couple of jobs for me now and never fails to impress. Most recently he responded super quickly to an attempted break in, made good the damaged lock, and then went above and beyond to replace the lock and add additional security.
