Jody came out to us as an emergency in the evening as our door wouldn't budge due to the locking system being broken inside our door. Thankfully he solved our issue very quick and got to the property in quick succession also. Jody is very friendly and sound bloke and a lovely chat on arrival.

I contacted Grays via the their contact form and was promptly contacted back to arrange a visit. Jody came out identified, discussed and advised the issue I had with my conservatory door. Walked in for a new key the lad behind the counter was happy, big smile and friendly not what you expect at 8:30 in the morning. He cut the new key like he was a F1 pit crew (RAPID) and to top it off it only cost £5 for a new key and it works perfectly. Definitely recommend

Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Very good quality key cutting for car keys, they have done 6 sets of keys for 4 cars which one was a new case. The others I bought decent cases of eBay and they cut them and I swapped over the internals. No issues at all with the keys working in the locks and they were all friendly and great prices. I only did 2 out of emergency really but since they were great I followed up buy doing the others since the other 2 cars are 07 and 08 so the original Vauxhall fobs were collapsing on the buttons making them hard to use. Not now, all my cars have as new fobs :)

Dropped in today to get some Master padlock keys cut. Service was exceptional. Great care taken to ensure the correct blanks. Never been here before, but I will certainly be back. Excellent range of locks and padlocks available, engraving and other services. Even footwear and insoles available (might be back for a pair of those for ski boots!).

Visited the Allenton store with a friends watch that had had a battery change elsewhere and now couldn't be wound after the clocks went back. Top lock Yorkshire 🔐 we called Tom today from Top lock, he came straight away on his day off nothing was too much trouble he was extremely professional, as job was not straight forward he certainly perseved until it was done we can not praise him enough and with out his help we would have been in a very different situation, would highly recommend him to everyone l know. On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.

Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. I called Richard yesterday evening at 8.30pm as we needed a front door lock replacing urgently. He arrived super quickly within 15 minutes & took apart the old lock & changed it to a new one speedily & efficiently. He was a lovely guy & was really patient with my disabled cousin who's house it was to make sure he could use the new lock easily & was happy with it.
