I contacted Grays via the their contact form and was promptly contacted back to arrange a visit. Jody came out identified, discussed and advised the issue I had with my conservatory door. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. He repaired and replaced parts. I would highly recommend Grays if you need a locksmith. Great service and 5 ⭐️ rating from me.

I have used Grays for years and they have always been brilliant. I visited with an Audi to have a spare key made. Ian was very helpful and did a wonderful job, the key worked first time including the boot !!! Very friendly, good old fashioned service so lacking in this day and age. At a very reasonable price.
