The steering crook lock on my car would not unlock and the key was stuck in the lock, therefore the car was going nowhere. I made various telephone calls to breakdown services, garages, locksmiths, even the lock manufacturer but to no avail. I was informed by my niece to try Barkers and what a refreshing phone call that was. Geoff understood my problem, came within three hours, was friendly, polite, professional efficient and he solved the problem in no time. Great reliable service at a fair price. After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. Paul responded over the weekend & agreed to come & look at what was needed Monday evening with us living on a small road, agreed the local Wickes was an ideal place. Paul came round swiftly and sorted my front door lock which was stuck closed! Communication was excellent and he let me know when he was on his way, he explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job, highly recommend!

Simon was very good at what he did. He explained the whole process to me and why my old lock wasn’t working properly. He also showed me how it was a cheaper and less secure type of lock. He replaced it with a much safer one. Simon cut the keys in his van and brought them back, when he was done. Simon was efficient, good value for money, friendly, professional and I would recommend him any day.

An absolute lifesaver! Came home at 4pm, put the key in the front door (Ultion lock) it was stiff, managed to unlock house but the lock proceeded to fire out the barrel and spit bits of metal all over the drive. Couldn't lock the door, now have an insecure house! Rang Simon, proper nice chap, he was here within the hour and replaced the whole lock at what I think is a very very reasonable price given the speed of the service. An easy 5 stars!

What a fabulous company. My tenant rang last night to say both locks on her doors were playing up. I rang Simon after reading reviews and he was more than happy to help.
