Last night a call was made to this company by my friend, within 30 minutes Sam was at my property. He did a brilliant job and solved the problem effortlessly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable especially since this was at 8pm.

Sam was quick to answer his phone, quick out to the job & very efficient with the process. Provided some great insight as to the issues we were facing & didn’t overcharge whatsoever. Was very clear in pricing, was clear on what would increase the price & then walked me through each step of his process. I highly recommend anyone needed a locksmith to get into contact with Prime Locksmiths.

*** ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT *** I can not recommend Sam enough! Not only was he friendly & approachable, but, he responded to my enquiry immediately & attended my property to deal with the issues very swiftly during the busy time of Christmas! Despite having to deal with an old UPVC patio door with parts that were obsolete. He also had a nightmare of a job to correct a previous attempt at another mans handy work! The work that he carried out was to a very high & professional standard with costing transparency throughout. Sam took his time to go through everything in detail before any decisions were made & also gave me aftercare advice to maintain the longevity of the products fitted. To which, he didn't try to sell me any fancy, expensive products, instead, advised where I could purchase them cheaply. I can not praise Sam enough for his patience, through, what was a very distressing time for me. I will be recommending him to all my friends & family! We had an issue with opening our bedroom door. Rang Sam and he arrived within 20 minutes of the call and got us in. He explained the next steps to us and advised what we needed to do going forward. We also asked for advice on a lock that was stiff, and Sam also looked at this and told us the issue with that too. He was very open and transparent about everything, including pricing, from the initial phone call to the end of the job. We are pleased to have asked Sam to come and help us, and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Absolutely first class this firm. Sam was upfront and honest and I knew what I was paying before I even put the phone down with him. He came out at such short notice (within one hour) and provided an excellent service.
