I called Tim from Hazlewood Locksmiths in the morning at 11:45 AM when my front door lock mechanism failed. Despite having a packed day with around 17 jobs, he still managed to come out that afternoon and get it sorted. The part he replaced wasn’t even something you could just pick up from a shop, but he had it with him. You can tell straight away that he’s got years of experience. He was quick, professional and explained what he’d done in a really straightforward way. No issues, just got the job done properly. He also mentioned that doors can shift slightly depending on the season and offered to come back and adjust it if needed free of charge, which really shows how much he cares about doing things right. On top of that, he’s someone you instantly feel you can trust and his prices were very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We’ve used his services several times. 👍🏻 😊

Tim was very helpful recently when a customer of mine locked himself out of his room with valuable possessions inside. Unfortunately I was (at the same time) called out to another emergency out of County. Despite being "out of hours" Tim was poised and ready to go within minutes and headed out to the customer, arriving in about 20 minutes. Tim was able to pick open the lock which allowed the cylinder to be used on a key when the "in hours" staff returned - this made the job cheaper for the customer who had made a simple mistake. Thank you Tim and I will happily recommend him for any locksmith work in the future.

I called Tim after my Mother's lock/mechanism failed on one of her doors, thinking I would need to replace the door I was lucky enough to find Tim, really pleasing to find a tradesperson top of their game. Once Tim was told of our problem realising my Mum was elderly he reacted very quickly and reassured us the problem would soon be solved and true to his word it most certainly was. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, very patient and charged a very fair price. Lucky us to have found Tim, I couldn't recommend him enough and would definately be using him again.
