Livens attended my property to replace a lock after losing the key. They responded quickly to replace the lock and after consultation, were also able to supply and fit thumb turns as an extra security measure, at a very reasonable cost. Ivan replaced the locks and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Livens for a good and friendly service.
