Had a 20 year old upvc door mech fail on me. Went on friday afternoon to unicorn to get a replacement. Unfortunately, it was so old that replacements are unavailable. However, they fitted a new gear unit to the old mechanism at half the cost of the replacement I was expecting. While fitting it back into the door, I managed to trap the latch and slightly bent the mechanism. I took it back and they mended it at no further cost. Highly recommended.
