Key broke off in the lock, so I gave them a call and spoke to an ACTUAL human being, rather than an automated machine voice, so off to a good start already. Gal arrived in under 30 minutes and was very friendly and professional, carrying out the work to a high standard. Fixed the issue in five minutes. Highly recommended.

Gal responded quickly and was very helpful when my door lock failed to open and I found myself stuck outside of my house. He arrived within the hour, got me into the house and helpfully sent the information about what he had done and his recommendations for a long term fix so that I could take them to my landlord. Would happily recommend him!

He discussed various options for new locks and explained the merits of the different locks which he fitted efficiently.
