My partner and I found ourselves locked out of our house this morning, a quick online search flagged up Chatsworth Locksmiths, and encouraged by 5* reviews contacted Jonny. He arrived more or less within the hour, and addressed the issue by replacing the Lock, Excellent friendly service and 'honest' pricing. No hesitation in recommending

Jon has done a couple of jobs for me now and never fails to impress. Most recently he responded super quickly to an attempted break in, made good the damaged lock, and then went above and beyond to replace the lock and add additional security. Jonny is an absolute star. Having found ourselves needing a locksmith in an emergency while on holiday he dealt with everything for us, took time to recommend the best solutions, sending photos and checking before making any decisions and even cleaning up the mess that had been left by others for us! On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. My nan had a barrel changed yesterday and my nan's carers used the lock three times and then it jammed and stuck closed. Access Now locksmiths were on site 20-30 minutes after I called up and that slight delay was due to me not sending the address promptly, due to receiving phone calls. The diagnosis was the previous day the prior installation had left debris in the lock, which had jammed the cam and then installed the barrel on an angle, which meant that this was always going to happen sooner or later. The debris was removed, the angle on the barrel was remedied and now the door functions as a door again. I was fully expecting a bill in the hundreds and genuinely shocked, in the best possible way, at the cost of both attending and fixing the situation. I would highly recommend this company for service, speed and cost.

Having had a very complex door lock mechanism that had jammed solid and rendered the door inoperable I found Phil on Google. and firstly what a lovely and decent person he is. Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that he is highly experienced in his profession. He not only released the door but then had to repair the full length mechanism as no spares were available. The guys is a genius and a credit to the locksmith community.and. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who has a lock problem with their property.

Phil provided my partner and I an "above and beyond" service - literally! He not only machined keys and replaced locks with less than a day's notice for a non-emergency callout job, but he gave sound advice re security and other aspects about our home. A brilliant engineer - would highly recommend.

The latch on my nine year old's bedroom door-handle broke, leaving her trapped inside. I called Phil at around 8:15am, he answered immediately and gave some really helpful, practical advice with a technique on how to release the latch. It worked a treat and we had her out in time for school, didn't cost us a penny and no need for the fire brigade (that would have been my next port of call!). Really grateful to Phil for the friendly service and advice. I'll definitely be using him for any locksmith needs in the future!

Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Other companies quoted a price before even looking at what the issue was.

Needed to get a Milenco Wraith removed from our caravan. Dave did a fantastic job that wasn’t easy or quick (very difficult lock ). Dave came and replaced the Yale & Mortice locks to my front door. He was incredibly professional and personable at every stage - from initial call, booking, doing the job, cutting keys, chiselling out the door then speedily sending the invoice.
