What a fabulous company. My tenant rang last night to say both locks on her doors were playing up. I rang Simon after reading reviews and he was more than happy to help. He liaised with the tenant and arranged to go the next day. Speedy service of doors and new locks fitted for a very reasonable price. He even came round to deliver the spare landlords keys. Simon was very good at what he did. He explained the whole process to me and why my old lock wasn’t working properly. He also showed me how it was a cheaper and less secure type of lock. He replaced it with a much safer one. Simon cut the keys in his van and brought them back, when he was done. Simon was efficient, good value for money, friendly, professional and I would recommend him any day.

Simon is quick to respond to messages and complete work required. He is friendly, professional and his prices are really good value. I have used Simon's local locksmiths twice now and recommended him to friends and family. I will definitely use again if needed in the future.

Simon arrived within an hour of my call and adjusted two doors which would not shut properly including our front door on which he also replaced a broken handle. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Recommended.

An absolute lifesaver! Came home at 4pm, put the key in the front door (Ultion lock) it was stiff, managed to unlock house but the lock proceeded to fire out the barrel and spit bits of metal all over the drive. Couldn't lock the door, now have an insecure house! Rang Simon, proper nice chap, he was here within the hour and replaced the whole lock at what I think is a very very reasonable price given the speed of the service. An easy 5 stars!
