We felt very lucky to get a last minute book at Carlo's on a Friday evening. The food was delicious and the service was very welcoming throughout. We both especially enjoyed the desserts. It's not a big Restaurant by any means compared to the two well known Italian chains nearby, but it definitely holds its own. Will definitely try to return again one day, even if it is just to pop in to the store for Italian essentials.
Amazing atmosphere and authentic Italian food. The chef was really accommodating as we turn up without reservation and he personally came and check if we enjoyed the food. Would definite come back again (with reservation).
Fantastic authentic Italian food , great cafe and pizzeria, so much better than the chains. Very reasonable priced Friendly and welcoming staff, well worth a visit .
The crab ravioli was truly delicious! The canoli were absolutely amazing, very good. Thank you. Your pizzas looked astounding, so will be trying at some point x
Have eaten here twice in the last month. Lovely atmosphere and the food is superb. Spicy prawns were particularly nice. Will definitely return - excellent. Colin and Sally
