Rob and Gordon worked extremely efficiently to remove the old path and steps to my front door, then rebuilt a wall, path/steps. Rob communicated throughout the job which was completed in a couple of days despite a sudden change in weather! They left my property and the surrounding area clean and tidy. I'm very pleased with the work, I've already recommended Alpha Landscapes to a neighbour and wouldn't hesitate in asking them to do further work in the future. A friendly and polite firm with reasonable costs for excellent workmanship. 👌

I can't speak highly enough of Elder and Fern! I asked for some advice and guidance on a plan I'd drawn up for my new garden and was delighted by all the input Tom gave. As a result of his first visit and consultation, I went back to the drawing board and produced a much better plan, informed by his excellent suggestions and ideas. I particularly appreciated how carefully he listened and responded to what I wanted, rather than coming with 'an agenda'. On top of that, he brought numerous new ideas that I wouldn't have considered, as well as being very mindful of how I could create a wildlife-friendly space. It felt like I got 1-2-1 tuition from a real expert in garden design and gardening; my garden will be more beautiful because of it!

Tom and Fiona have been great to work with on our garden design, landscaping and planting. Not only did they manage to bring together the many different ideas we had for the garden, they also recommended many elements that we didn’t even know we needed like a micro-pond! We were really pleased to find garden designers that shared our values, being wildlife friendly and sustainable. They have been great at involving us in the design process and have also been flexible around our budget to deliver the most we could with the funds we had available. We would highly recommended them.

We worked with Tom from Elder and Fern over about 18 months to realise our garden. Tom is incredibly easy to liaise with, communicating quickly and reliably. The design work undertaken took us beyond what we could have imagined ourselves, solving many issues and drawing in elements that we had identified as important to us. The concept, design plans and planting schedule were produced and delivered to a high standard. Tom’s client management is good; we learned to trust his judgement as he supported us through brave choices that we’re now incredibly pleased to have made. Tom’s commitment to an ecological, sustainable approach is welcome, as is his ability to source planting and feature items - always seeking to balance functionality, impact and cost. This was a large and potentially stressful project for us - it was reassuring to have Tom project managing and helping us through the inevitable wobbly moments. We’re delighted with the completed garden, and look forward to it maturing over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and Elder and Fern.

Really pleased with the fencing that Danny and his team have built in my garden. He put the perimeter fence up during the 1st lockdown and it completely transformed the look of the garden. The finish is great as well. Over the winter my dogs and the snowfall destroyed my lawn, so I asked Danny back to put a dividing fence up between the patio and the lawn. I am over the moon. The fence looks great. It matches the perimeter fencing, it is very sturdy and I have no mud being trailed into my house now! The pricing is reasonable for the the quality of the jobs and the lads leave the place tidy after they finish the job! I would definitely recommend DS gardening to friends and family :)

I have a large garden with a big sloping lawn. Clint started mowing it every 2 weeks at the end of last year with a break for winter. He has proved to be conscientious and reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Excellent job! My garden had been left for a couple of years unattended, and shrubs and trees had overgrown. It really had become quite messy. Darren responded very promptly in giving me an estimate, and in doing the work. It was really nice and easy doing business with him. I am very happy with the results, and my garden now looks amazing. Darren and his lads were all very efficient and very nice. It was obvious to me that they all truly care in doing a good job and pay attention to detail. I will be keeping DB Services for my garden on a regular basis from now on.

Phoned To get a quote for a tree to be cut down in my parents garden, Darren came out the same day and quoted a great price and he managed to fit us in the next day, A full team arrived on time and they did a great job, they were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They even cut my parents lawn and trimmed the borders as a kind will gesture. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again in the future.

I rang this company as I'd been let down by a no show. Reviews were really good and they didn't disappoint. Darren came out within the hour to quote (on a Sunday!) and was knowledgeable and gave good advice on the job. He did the job within the week. I found Marcus on Bark. He is competitive, hardworking, trustworthy and very tidy. He arrives promptly but keeps in touch if delayed. My job was not easy, it required the compleat removal of a large and very prickly pyracantha. Marcus tackled this in adverse weather conditions and returned as promised to compleat the job next day. Garden was such a mess tried to do it myself multiple times needed a lot of work done to it absolutely amazed at what’s been done and for the price I was given front and back didn’t have any pictures of the before for the front was nearly as bad as the back but so glad with what’s been done!!! Kylam and Ted were very efficient trimming 3 hedges. They cleaned up the cuttings for us to get rid of through our green bin system. The price was very reasonable. We were so pleased we have booked them for help with general garden maintenance.

Used this firm for a garden tidy up last summer as it had got out of my control! Really friendly guys, hardworking, took all the rubbish away (and there was loads) and did an amazing job. Really reasonably priced too, going to have them back for a Spring tidy up so I can then keep on top of it for the rest of the year. Highly recommend

We asked ReGreen to help us with the planters outside Chillingham road school, (where they did a fantastic job) and then to help us with our own garden. Jakub and Kris are both super friendly and helpful, and great to have around. Very prompt communication too. Today they installed various wire trellises (making it look easy), planted up our side return with a variety of lovely perennials, weeded the raised beds, and finally helped me realise my dreams of WISTERIA 💜💜 on the back of the house!
