I was so upset when my lawnmower broke down just before the end of the summer. Fearing the worst I handed it in at J&M Garden Machinery. Steve reassured me that he was able to repair it and I collected it yesterday. It works as good as new. Cant thank them enough!! Highly recommended

I went in for a new carb for my Viking mb545t mower. The part was on the shelf, the staff were extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel awful that I didn’t catch the very nice gentleman’s name, however he was was wearing Stihl braces! I hope this review finds him and he gets praise as the customer service, the advice on part fitment and the knowledge from this man was literally impeccable. Fantastic shop that definitely deserves the credit. I run a business and I will for sure be back with all my machinery for servicing etc. Great service, great knowledge. Highly recommend!!
