From my first enquiry through to completing the job, I was impressed with 3 Phase Electrical. They came out to look at the job on the day I first called, gave me a reasonable quote and then booked in to do the job a few days later. The job was done today and I am very pleased with the service and the workmanship and would definitely recommend them

3 Phase provided an all-round service in a very old house that was being completely renovated. The company attended promptly, gave quick quotes and kept me informed of the work's progress as it went along. Very professional, speedy and cost effective service provided by a polite and respectful team. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to all. I will be using them again, and am confident I will receive the same excellent service.

Bobby is an excellent electrician. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him. His work is efficient, neat and tidy. More importantly, everything works correctly (unlike before because he had to redo work done previously by someone else)! And reasonable rates. Thank you, Bobby.

Really good help and service. Very professional and Bobby identified a major electrical safety risk in my new home, which he made safe and then did a great job in fixing and getting up-and-running again. Definitely will be asking Bobby back to do any future work I need. His advice is great.

I used EV Connect to install a Simpson & Partners EV charger. The quote was competitively priced, and Ryan was able to undertake the install within 2 weeks of booking - which is great in the current market. The installation looks great and was completed in under 3 hours. Ryan tidied up before departing, and also gave me a good run-through of the Simpson & Partners app, as well as taking me through the work that had been done. Recommended.

Easee One EV point install. I’d shopped about before I emailed Ryan. Ryan was polite and his communication via email was always brilliant. He came to my home and quoted my wife who had no prior knowledge of this. Ryan explained everything to great detail about the install. My wife was happy. He worked with Speed and Professionalism all the while conducting a conversation with us with a Sense of Humour. Had Adam and his team come and move some sockets and install some new lamps. Very pleased with the service we received from Adam himself. Excellent rates and superior work ethic. Will defo use/recommend in the future.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

Darren installed a GIVenergy battery towards the end of July 2024. The installation went smoothly but shortly after it became apparent that there was a problem with theGIVenergy battery. Darren was extremely helpful in liasing with GIVenergy to identify the fault in the battery packs.This led to replacement battery packs from GIV energy which has solved the problems with the system. I can strongly recommend Darren for not only the installation but also the after sales support when it became apparent that the original battery packs supplied by GIVenergy were faulty.

Contacted Darren as he’s a GivEnergy fully trained installer. Initial phone consultation was very helpful and Darren had plenty of ideas. Site survey was carried out a few days later with measurements and plenty of ideas for placement of batteries. Darren then sent a fully comprehensive email with various solar and storage options and estimates of annual solar generation and savings. After deciding what options an order was placed for materials. Darren estimated three days to install solar, batteries and also replacing my old EV charger. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went, Darren and his team are extremely professional, all the work was completed on time despite horrendous weather and looks really good, and they were so tidy. Darren is one of the nicest guys you could meet and he should be called a Master Electrician and I cannot recommend him highly enough, many thanks Darren.

We can’t thank Ollie enough for the wonderful service he’s provided. He really listened to us when we were trying to describe what we needed and absolutely delivered 100%. Once installed he fully tested and discovered the 30 year old alternator on our t4 wasn’t pushing out enough power for the installation which included a 230ah lithium ion leisure battery so he called us to discuss options then fixed the issue for us. His attention to detail was fantastic even when cutting out a bespoke bit of timber as an infill alongside the battery. A part which nobody is ever going to be looking at but that’s just the kind of detail we appreciate and would have wanted. Thanks Ollie. I have used Relay at 5 different properties - varying roles, from running electrics round the garden for lighting and hot tubs, full re wires and then changing lights and moving sockets and switches. They always turn up when they say they are normally with a Text message reminder sent the day before arrival ,nothing is any hassle ( even if the plans / design change our end ) and all always polite and professional. I never hesitate to pass on their details to friends and family and everyone has the same view! I have dealt with alot of electricians in my time and these guys can do the lot. Also good in ‘urgent’ cases for my tenanted properties - they can always juggle something to get someone back on supply or to fix a fault So I will always recommend Relay to anyone
