Recommended by a friend I got a quote from 365 Electrics for a my new kitchen. The quote was by far the cheapest and the work was to such a high standard. Richard helped every step of the way from advice on socket placement, type of lights, bulbs, type of extractor etc. Really pleased with his work and my kitchen!

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Darren the electrician arrived presenting himself in a calm and professional manner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions about our specific requirements, custom design and providing a completion timescale. Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Very friendly, very helpful and the course tutor was knowledgeable and articulate with his explanations. I did the solar pv and EESS course and enjoyed the week.

I completed my AM2 at The Electrical Academy Maidstone and I whole heartedly recommend them. I've attended various courses and exams at 2 other providers in the south east and they are the best by quite a long way. Speaking from personal experience, some centres do tend to treat you like a number, not the case here. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. Which really sets you at ease when undertaking important, career advancing exams! Tutors and facilities were equally fantastic, I'll certainly be back in the near future to enrol in some of their courses. In an industry where progressive qualifications are so important, it’s really nice to find somewhere like this!

I have done several qualifications with The Electrical Academy since they started several years ago. They are knowledgeable, professional, and well equipped. The facility in Maidstone is excellent and well located. Moreover, and most importantly they understand that their learners are people and not just numbers on a balance sheet. In my industry there is a need for continual professional development and at some time or another most of us have been to a poorly skilled and scantily equipped training centre and thought to ourselves “surely this could be done better”, well it can and these guys and girls have done it better. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found Adam to be very professional and trustworthy. I had two different issues with electrics in one part of my house, one of which was how another electrician left it. Adam found the faults and explained very carefully the different options we had to getting power back into the rooms. He carried out the agreed work the same day and got it all working which I didn't think would be possible. He tested the electric circuit and explained what it meant. Absolutely superb service from Jamie. Complete Kitchen refit needed sockets moving , sockets adding, new runs for Kitchen and Hob, downlights, the whole works. Needed a new fusebox as well to support all of this, and nothing was too much trouble. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and Jamie accommodated all of my requests with no trouble at all. Took 3 visits to complete as the Kitchen fit took a long time, so 1st and 2nd fix and downlights were done as and when I was ready for them, he even loaned me one of his floodlights early on for several weeks whilst we had no lights and ceiling was being fitted/plastered etc. Always tidied up after each visit ( despite not really needing to as the house was a mess whilst all the works were going on!), arrived on time and flexible to work around me. Couldn't ask for more to be honest, bang on job, super nice guy and extremely competitively priced. He'll be doing all my electrical work from now on

I called Dal when my electrics to my garage failed. He turned up and diagnosed it very quickly and gave me options. Managed to slot me in really quickly and did a fantastic job wiring in a new armoured cable, angle griding a channel to hide it in and cementing over. The work is very tidy. Dal turns up when he says and works very hard. Reliable and reasonable price. Would happily use again or recommend.
