Nick is one of those rare "finds". One that you don't want to share with others - because he will get even more busy! Excellent, neat work undertaken at a fair price. Nick works hard and very efficiently. He is clean and tidy, and can be trusted to just get on with it. He has undertaken a variety of work for me, from basic external power points to new consumer units and circuits. This has included working out and expediting some complex runs in heavy duty cabling for a sauna and air conditioning system. Always a pleasure to have him here! Thank you for what you have helped me achieve.

Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. Would highly recommend and will 100% use Nick again for our electrical needs.

I needed an electrical installation report for insurance purposes. I sent a contact form to Nick and got a response within hours. During the inspection it was found that we needed a new consumer board and associated works to a secondary unit. Nick was prompt with his quote and once excepted made a date to do the work. He kept in touch and when the day arrived was on time. He was very friendly and professional throughout and insisted on cleaning up even though there was very little mess. Overall a fantastic job and reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

We used Eric Jackson’s for a rewire several years ago. We didn’t hesitate using them again for an extension and they were brilliant yet again. Cannot fault the quality of their work. They gave us advice when we weren’t sure what to do and nothing was too much trouble. They always turn up on time and despite how busy they are, they always reply promptly to any calls or emails from us. They’ve gone out of their way to work around our other trades to make our lives easier and our kitchen is looking great thanks to their suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Today I had my new electric wall heaters and bathroom electric towel rail fitted by two of the team. I can honestly say that they were very professional. Both the men were very polite and efficient. Even though the weather was absolutely dreadful the man doing the cleaning still got up and cleaned the panels. Would recommend this company.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Had a ventilation system fitted in the loft of a dormer bungalow. I’d already decided what I wanted when I filled in their online form so I wasn’t looking for advice or sales - the guy who called me was very nice and direct, quoted me a flat price and then I got an email with a link to a contract website which gave me all of the information I needed. I accepted the quote and someone called back to book the time which was not a long wait - I think from initial contact to complete it was less than a week. The guy fitting arrived at my house early but because someone was home when I got back 20 mins later he’d already put down the drop cloth, inspected the loft and brought everything needed inside. He was very respectful of my home, kept everything very clean, took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He also thoroughly explained how the system works, which settings to use. I don’t think I’ve got any negatives - communication was quick and clear, the price was what they quoted, the work was clean.

Absolutely brilliant installation. Marlon was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Provided a new fuse box, external sockets and EV changer. Coped with my wife changing her mind on a few things, and still delivered on time. Would highly recommend, and will use again if any electrical work is needed.

Downlight have rewired my house, fitted solar panels along with the inventor and batteries in addition to helping arrange and install an air source heat pump. Due to the the long running job and different elements involved i got to meet many different members of the team. I was really impressed with how professional the team were with all of the work they carried out to high standard and snag free.
