We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Chris completed the work to a great level of quality, and was flexible when we had to make some minor design changes along the way. Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. Needed an emergency call out. Got home on Sunday evening to realise I had no power on my sockets in my house, did all the usual checks on the RCD, I couldn't figure out what was causing it, but our house had been rewired only 4 years ago (not by southern electrical services) but didn't think there would be a problem. Gave Jonathan a call. He was very good at problem solving over the phone to see if we could shortlist it to a number of issues, in the end we determined we needed him to come over and look. He was very pragmatic took care around the home, explained the reasons behind the outage, which was traced back to a fault in the wiring in the wall which we would never have found ourselves in a million years. He managed to isolate it and get us back on so we can run the household without the need for the one plug that was causing us the issue... Relief! I'd highly recommend Jonathan, did a great job. Very pleased.

Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.

He is a perfectionist; plans the work in consultation with me and does a very professional, well thought out and considered job every time. I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!
