I have used Dorset electrical in the last couple of months for an extension on my house . I found Gavin and his team very professional and helpful and nothing was ever a problem. They made the job stress free and the work is of the highest quality.

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

I have used Gavin and his team for some outside lighting installation on an Aircraft Hangar at Bournemouth Airport which I am very satisfied with. Dorset Electrical are an excellent choice for industrial electrical installation requirements. We had Dauncey Electrical’s round to carry out various jobs including fault finding with external lights, installation of a smart thermostat and changing a couple of ceiling lights and have to say they were great. They went above and beyond to find the source of a fault during the thermostat installation which was then completely resolved. All work was completed efficiently and without any fuss. They were also very friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Jim installed a new EV charger after a telephone consultation. The whole process was nice and easy and Jim was polite, worked quickly and was clean and tidy. Jim went through the charger App and commissioning with me ready to begin using

Installation of a Hypervolt Home 3 pro ev charger. Right from the start I found Jim to have the attitude to wanting to help. My charger installation was not straightforward. Jim spent time explaining my options to me, explaining the pro & cons of a few different charging units that suited my requirements. I had very limited space to fit equipment into my power cabinet, but Jim took extra time & thought to rearrange to accommodate the new equipment. Resulting in a neat & tidy job. The external cable & the charger unit was fitted exactly as discussed & cosmetically looks good. A professional job. After installation ,Jim spent time to explain how everything worked & once I was happy completed the handover. I would definitely recommend Jim if you are looking for tidy professional electrician who takes pride in his work.

We brought a house with 12 solar panels just over a month ago. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Called for a quote as we weren't 100% sure what the issue was with our flickering bathroom spotlights. Matt worked out quickly that it was the pull cord switch and luckily he had a new one in his van. We agreed a price (very reasonable) and he was able to replace it immediately. Happy with Matt's work and his manner. Would happily use Matt again...and we did! Second time was to fit a new light fitting where electrics were on a loop so needed an expert. Matt was the guy for the job 👍🏽

Matt quoted for electrical work required for the garage including external sockets and replacement lights. This work was duly completed by two young electricians who were excellent ambassadors for Matt Payne Electrical Ltd and were efficient, thoughtful and very tidy I would have them back for any future electrical work required. This is not the cheapest electrical company around, but you get what you pay for and this was excellent!
