Ian and his team have fitted solar panels and battery storage for me at Seaton Cricket and Lawn Tennis Club and Uplyme Village Hall. From first contact, to site visits, to explaining and tweaking the options, to the efficient and tidy completion of the job and on to after sales service, it's all been A1 and all at a competitive price too. For my money - well, at least the money of the two organisations I represented - you can't beat a company that offers good value AND excellent personalised service. Full marks!

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

Had an electrical problem on a Sunday morning. Stubbs came highly recommended by a friend. Left a message and received call within minutes (none of the other companies returned my calls) Problem dealt with efficiently and professionally. I shall be using Stubbs for all of my electrical needs in the future.

Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. Vincent was brilliant from start to finish. Super speedy arrival which was the most helpful thing when our whole home went down without power. Vincent talked us through the problems and then resolved them all for us swiftly and perfectly. We can't thank him enough. The price was brilliant too. Vincent has been my Electrician of choice since I became a Landlord, helping get my properties up to NIRC. He is reliable, a local Electrician, charges competitive rates and offers a no fuss service seemingly making every job a breeze for his customer's giving him a well earned 5 stars in my book. Recent jobs 2 ceiling fan replacements including building the things, and getting the hot water to heat up again in another property very quickly to the delight of the tenants.

Vincent was brilliant. He came out and sorted the issue with amazing efficiency. Really great guy as well. I know where to go with my electrical issues in the future.

A really nice guy. Turned up on time with a great solution to a tricky problem. After a discussion as to how best to provide the lighting we desired Derek suggested a solution which fitted in perfectly with our "minds eye picture" Two days later he returned as promised with all the parts and specialist tools to complete the job. Finished the job in a couple of hours and tidied up like he had never been there. Very pleased with the quality and value for money. We recommend them.

We had water damage from an overflowing bath and as a result one of the electrical circuits in the house was not working. Our engineer was able to set this right at once by putting back the appropriate switch on the circuit breaker to the normal position, the water ingress having dried out. Apart from fixing it, the engineer explained everything most clearly, answered all our questions and was able to put our minds at rest regarding the incident & its effects. He was extremely helpful & thoughtful, and we would be more than delighted to recommend both him and Amped thoroughly.

Derek at Amped was great to deal with. We had an electrical issue that left us without heating or hot water. He came out really quickly to both quote and start the work - meaning our heating was restored much sooner than initially thought. He was reliable, showing up when promised and also responding to our questions via text within an hour on average. Lastly, he found a way to get the electrical job done with minimal disruption to our home, and concealed the areas that were necessarily disrupted by the work he undertook. We've got other jobs that need doing this year, and based on this first job, we will definitely be getting back in touch with Amped.

We used Amped Electrical Dorset most recently to install three wall lights to update our home. The work was carried out quickly and very efficiently, cables being chased into the walls with the very minimum of disruption and all mess tidied away. Derek was also able to advise us on the best, up-to-date fixtures to use. We have also used Amped Electrical to replace outdated sockets and fit attractive LED lighting to our staircase. Each time we’ve been impressed with the quality of the work and Derek’s friendly and efficient work ethic. Highly recommended.
