My appointment was on time. The doctor was polite and caring. He explained everything to me in detail. Procedure was carried out in an empathetic manner. Well done. However, I would have given 5 stars if 1. Hand over the patient record to the patient either as hard copy or soft copy at the end of the appointment with details of main complaints, discussion on procedure, reasons to carry out the one which was completed, any x-ray pictures, medications, post procedure precautions etc 2. Always book a follow up appointment before patient leaves your centre. 3. Extraction is easy and money making for the centre too. However all options on preserving the tooth should also be "honestly" discussed with the patient.

Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

I cannot praise Deborah Hurst enough. She was extremely professional, kind and friendly and immediately put me at ease. At every point she informed me about what she was doing and why and I felt that she genuinely cared. The dental nurses and reception staff are also very professional and helpful and provide an excellent service.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jay Sasdev was fantastic with my son, especially since it was his first time getting a filling. My son came out saying how amazing Dr. Jay was because he didn't feel a thing! A huge thank you to Dr. Jay and his dental nurse for making my son's first dental experience a comfortable and stress-free one. Highly recommend!

Excellent service right from the start with Luisa. I had missing teeth and bone loss which I thought couldn’t be repaired but Luisa told me it was no problem. Every detail of treatment was shared and explained along with costs and finance. I now have much more confidence every day but particularly when singing in my choir! I had a wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Fariba Younes, and the experience was great. She demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, thoroughly covering all the important information. Most importantly, she performed a quick extraction that I had expected to be fairly complicated, and my recovery has been smooth so far. I even received follow-up calls from the practice to check on my well-being after the surgery. The entire team, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, was very welcoming and genuinely focused on finding the best solutions for their patients. I highly recommend them!

Had implant and composite filling. The staff are wonderful. So friendly polite and very professional. Dr Ahmed is a super star. Won't try to sell you the most expensive treatment just advises on what's best for you. Very caring. Highly recommended

I came to All Saints following a fall that broke one of my front teeth. Dr Ahmed was absolutely fantastic. He has been a wonderful dentist and all the staff have been incredible. I have a slight dental phobia, but this has never been an issue at All Saints. They've made me feel calm, listened to everything, answered every question clearly and honestly and kept me up to date with every stage of my treatment. My treatment has been of the highest quality and I couldn't wish for better. Highly highly recommend.

Been going to the clinic for over 10 years on and off - and it's services have improved year upon year. Most recently had 3 fillings done very professionally and with the minimum of fuss by the Hygienist, Khadijah Bhikha. All the staff are very accommodating and the whole clinic is bit of a hidden gem in the middle of Small Heath. There are many grateful patients from the local area and I'm sure - as it's reputation grows - increasingly from further afield. Many thanks .

I went to my dentist as an emergency patient due to a damaged tooth. An impression of my teeth were taken and this was sent off to Fine Art Dental Studio. A few days later I went back to the dentist to have my crown fitted. I couldn't believe how life like it looked! I was expecting something that looked like a fake tooth but in fact I ended up with something so real! I am really pleased with the outcome. I needed a crown so my dentist sent me to Fine Art Dental Studio to have a shade of my teeth taken. The staff were friendly and Hit explained how the crown would be made, I didn't realise just how much work went into making teeth lol. Once I had it fitted I couldn't believe how lifelike the crown looked, I’m really impressed that people can’t tell I’m wearing one! Big thanks to Hit and his team.

Highly recommend Hit Parmar and his team. I had been sent to Hit for a shade match for my veneers. His work is incredible, I was absolutely blown away by how amazing they look. Very professional and ready before I had expected them to be so that was a nice bonus too! My dentist fitted them and I am absolutely in love with my new smile, they look so natural. Dr Nijran is highly recommended along with the entire team at Edgbaston Dental Centre from the receptionist team to the dental assistants. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Dr Nijran took over from the last dentist and I've been very pleased with her overall demeanor to her professional nature and ability to put me at ease. A really lovely surgery in my experience. My dentist is ever so patient with me and my phobia. He's incredibly supportive during appointments and follows up with referrals. He's thorough and I can't complain... My son and a few other people I know are registered there and they've all had excellent service over the years. I joined the surgery as emergency patient after my previous dentist really traumatised me and Dr B has been phenomenal with my treatment. And the other dentists my son and others have seen have been amazing. The only issue I've ever had was when I had an injury and took my son in and his appointment was upstairs, mine are always downstairs, and I had a crutch but like 3 people appeared to help and be there just in case of anything which was really sweet... there isn't a lift but there is a handrail... and they really do try to support and accommodate you. . .I'm sure if I had remembered that his appointment was upstairs and asked for one on a day when it could be downstairs they would have made the change but I wasn't used to asking for adjustments. But they're a great surgery. I get reminder calls, texts and emails like 48 hours before my appointments which is very helpful with my adhd.
